We loved everything 💜 The location,the accommodation itself,the breakfast room, THE BREAKFAST !!! Truely our stay was wonderful our host's Tye and Di made a huge difference to our trip to Kent for personal reasons.The family room was well equipped for us three adults and the large double bed was most comfortable. Tye's hosting,local knowledge and humour were a great start to each day,but it was Di's breakfasts that really got us through the day with a wonderful choice of cereals,yogurt and fruits followed by any combination of cooked English breakfast Inc fried bread and black pudding both of which you don't see very often now !! Oh did I mention the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs as well !! Fruit juice and tea and wonderful coffee on tap ! We cannot recommend this B&B enough or the guy's running it. The Oxford 3 😍

There was nothing we didn't like.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Chilton Villa, and it was nothing short of wonderful! As a family, we were immediately struck by how clean, cozy, and well-maintained the property was. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of options that set us up perfectly for the day ahead. Fresh, home-cooked, and plentiful – just what you want from a bed and breakfast! What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the incredible hospitality of the owner. Warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. From helpful local recommendations to just being a kind, friendly presence, they made us feel right at home. We can't recommend Chilton Villa enough – it’s a gem in Worth, and we’ll definitely be back. If you're looking for a place with charm, cleanliness, great food, and amazing hosts, this is the place to stay!

The hosts were amazing, very tentative, and friendly. Couldn't do enough for you. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and had everything you could think of, including hairdryer, fan, iron and ironing board, umbrella, and even chocolates on the pillow. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection for all the family, all included in the price. Would defo use again the next time we visit family here.

Located in a beautiful village surrounded by lovely properties, church and a fantastic local pub. Great location with fantastic roads to it. A truly warm welcome from Tye and Diane on arrival, along with lovey pre heated room on arrival. Tye made us feel at home from the outset. A really really lovely and homely retreat for a night away in Kent. Our room had it all. Lovely beds and bedding and a quiet location to be. Breakfast was amazing and at the time we asked for. My wife and I will be going there again for certain in the very near future. The reviews we read helped us decide upon our stay here and I’m so glad we did. Thank you Tye and Diane so much.

The owners were very accommodating and made us feel at ease. There was a very high standard particularly with the attention to detail. The owners literally thought of everything.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like. Our stay at Chilton Villa was faultless.

The room and en-suite were very clean and always lovely and warm. Good choice of cereals, yogurts and fruit and the hot food, cooked by Tye, was delicious. The location was perfect for our needs and Tye was very knowledgeable on the local area. Every mor ning we were asked if we needed anything in our room and nothing was too much trouble. The St. Crispin Inn was only a couple of minutes walk away and perfect for an evening meal. We are looking forward to a return visit when the weather is warmer.

It would have been nice to meet Dianne, just to put a face to the voice on the telephone.

The room was perfect, very large, ensuite, clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable and large. Breakfast was in a room next door. The host was exceptionally friendly and jovial and even drew happy smiley faces on my boiled eggs which made me laugh. It really was a lovely place to stay and had I realised how nice it actually was we would have stayed longer. Popped into the Crispin inn whilst we were there and wished we had eaten there as the menu looked good.

Nothing it was perfect

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. Parking over the road was convenieint. Even though the hosts had a little trouble with our booking just before we arrived, they sorted out the problem efficiently. The host was keen to help us with where to visit, and enjoyed listening to our own exploration stories!

We have no problems to report.

Refreshing to visit somewhere you are made to feel welcome and valued. My kids look forward to staying here and Tye & Diane make sure we are all looked after, even the dog gets a treat. Comfortable, clean room with everything you need and ideally situated in a lovely peaceful village. Breakfast is excellent and all made freshly with a brilliant selection.

That’s it’s not free else we’d be here every visit ;)

Warm welcome from our host,Tye, and a lovely room with everything we needed. We enjoyed walking round the pretty village of Worth which has a pub and a boutique hotel/ restaurant called The Blue Pigeons. Breakfast was 5* just a shame I couldn't eat much before parkrun. Ideal place to stay if you fancy doing Walmer & Deal parkrun!
