This was just an overnight stay. It was last minute booking, self catering being essential and this was my only option. Thats not a negatives as I have lots caravan holiday and ownership experience. It suited my purposes perfwectly well.

There was nothing I didn't like but the bar and eating facilities didn't suit me (too busy/long cues) being older and with a small dog that's a little nervous but everyone was friendly and it had a good atmosphere, took me back to my younger days with the kids.

Sorry if this shows up as two separate reviews! However I really need to say how approachable and efficient the owner was. On our arrival we realised there was no travel cot. Messaged the owner and with minutes she had replied and within half an hour we had a brand new travel cot delivered personally by the owner. So we couldn’t thank her enough! The facilities on site were great everything felt up to date and not run down. The arcade was small, but enough for our kids to enjoy. The bar staff one lady in particular, went out of her way to make our son’s birthday super special! She was so inviting and a real joy to speak too. The swimming pool again was small, but the kids loved the slide and it felt a safe space for the kids to enjoy. As for the location it’s not far at all from shops, and as long as you don’t mind driving you’re a short drive from a beach etc. We would definitely return.

Wow! What a wonderful place to escape to and the caravan was amazing. Abi was the perfect host, her caravan is spotless everything is there for you the beds are so comfortable and beautiful outside decking to relax on. The park has full facilities including indoor pool which we had practically all to ourselves! The food and entertainment in the clubhouse is great and varied too. 100% will return and thanks so much again to Abi.

Leaflet about the caravan holiday park, it would be appreciated, just basic info what time is restaurant, or shop open. Nothing else comes to mind :) All was great

Clean, well kitted out with everyday items needed for the stay

Some instructions on how to turn on the radiators would be good (I figured it out to turn on from the boiler). Also some of the blinds were broken and should be replaced, but did not impact our stay.

We stayed overnight as we had a family event.The home was lovely, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were provided with Towels ,Toilet rolls and hand soap.Thank you so much Abigail for a lovely stay.

There is nothing that we did not like about this property. It was certainly adequate for our needs.

Very comfortable and well equipped, nice location on the site.

Plates and cups were not very clean of course we just washed everything before use but it just doesn’t give the best impression, I don’t know if this was down to the previous guests or not.

Shower - lots of head room, nice pressure. Clean. Large living room. Quiet location.

Very hot in summer - would benefit from air con. Would benefit from tea and coffee in the kitchen, and at least tiny bit of milk too. Small bedroom door needs adjusting - hard to close and makes loud noise when eventually being closed. (Doesn’t fit into frame) - not ideal when small baby asleep.

An enjoyable relaxing stay with a well equipped caravan and veranda. Situated in a nice quiet location, only 10 minutes from Birchington Town.

Vacuum could do with an upgrade & Oven had a couple of broken knobs but nothing annoying enough to disappoint the stay.

Very clean and comfortable. The bed was really nice.

We couldn't use the fire, even though it was freezing when we arrived, because we didn't have any matches to light it. It would have been helpful to have matches in the caravan for this purpose. Therefore, we had to wait for the radiators to warm up with our coats on.
