It was a lovely stay and real warm/welcoming! The door staff were lovely. Great location looking over the beach etc

The breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was - but still very nice! The no ice travelled up a little from the Fez place - but they were happy sounds tbf! A auto light when walking down to the car park would help see the buttons on the pad! Was a bit hard to see without a torch

My partner and I feel that this is the most comfortable hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We are both on the adhd and autism spectrum, and this hotel was very relaxing, comfortable, and honestly so satisfying to stay in! We were in a balcony room and even though it’s January, it was such a stunning view onto the beach, especially for sunset. The room was all curved lines and soft, warm colours. The bed was just sublime. The textile ceiling was an especially nice feature. Everything in the room was thought out and curated. The bath was exceptional, especially the lovely bath salts infused with essential oils. We had lunch in the pearly cow restaurant- cod tacos, the best Caesar salad I’ve ever had, and tasty whisky and wine. The pantry on the first floor is excellent for a midnight snack and can of juice. Absolutely loved it, wish I’d booked another night! We’ll definitely be back and looking forward to staying in the other properties around the country.

There’s no room service, but we went out and got fish n chips.

One of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. The little touches make it so special we have been raving about it to our friends since. There’s a treats station outside the rooms where you can enjoy unlimited cakes, sweets, ice cream and drinks which made my daughter’s year. We loved the record player in our room and introduced my daughter to loads of classics! We had a balcony room and the view is probably the best you can get in Margate. The staff were lovely and we wished we didn’t have to leave.

Prices are too high for weekends

We had an absolutely exceptional stay here with friends and family over our wedding weekend. The room was so comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we booked out the rooftop for some private drinks with stunning views over the ocean. We couldn’t recommend more highly! Thank you so much to the team

Absolutely everything! The decor is beautiful, stylish and relaxing. All the staff are exceptional and couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. Special mention to Joe the night porter and nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond even though he was busy with lots of guests returning from the same concert. The vibe here is perfect. We will definitely be returning. The extras offered were also exceptional. Complementary sweets, crisps, cakes, ice-cream, fruit and soft drinks. We felt truly spoiled. The bed was super comfortable. The style was perfect. But I have to go back to the staff. They were amazing and made a gorgeous hotel feel like home.

Nothing, we cannot fault it.

Oh wow, this was absolutely the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in! Absolutely gorgeous place! They offer to come pick up your stuff from the train station, which is a phenomenal service. Outside your room, there's a little treat station (with vegan options!), which is absolutely incredible. The bath was absolute heaven, and the water gets to the perfect temperature! We can't wait to come back here!

If I had to pick any negative, I'd say the lighting in the bathroom is a bit dim. Still good enough, but I'd definitely prefer it to have been brighter.

A really stunning and cosy hotel.. amazing location right on the beach.. we had the beach facing room with a balcony which I would definitely recommend.. the rooms definitely exceeded my expectations.. really cosy and beautifully decorated.. bed was super comfy, shower was one of the best hotel showers I’ve experienced and there was a really nice free standing bath too. The food in the restaurant was great and the restaurant its self is beautiful.

One of the lights in the room stopped working and the balcony door did get a little jammed too. We couldn’t open it in the morning which was a little frustrating but nothing a small bit maintenance could sort I’m sure!

The hotel is in an excellent location and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Love the hotel
