The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. For the area, the rates are decent, and I felt that Best Western was a good find for me and my family members who were with me. Breakfast was more than I expected, and I felt that it was laid out well for easy use. Although we did not have a lot of time to spend there, the pool was a nice refresher for us. Thanks.

Having the sink to the left just as you enter the room made it hard for a person to come into the room if someone was at the sink. We bumped into each other a few times. The shower door could not be propped open, so it was hard to dry off without getting the floor all wet.

Clean, basic updates, very helpful and friendly staff. The room has a frig and microwave. Good breakfast included biscuits and gravy, eggs, turkey sausage, make-your-own waffles, and other standard items. The best was the drink machine; you could make cappuccino, flat white, lattes, etc. Great location—Trader Joe's is nearby, a few blocks away. Had dinner at Nicks BBQ and Juicy Seafood across the street.

The walls are very thin. You can hear everything in the hallways, pool downstairs, and beyond! I prefer a tub but most places don't have tubs anymore.

The man that worked night shift and the woman who worked days while we were there, were super nice, explained everything throughly. Always spoke when they seen us and offered to help anyway they could. Super friendly. Hotel clean and updated. We enjoyed our stay. Great rate, not too far away from anything you want to do. We stayed Friday and Saturday nights just to have a small get away. We will be back.

$3 per soda from the lobby store and they were flat, and not even 20oz.

Our van broke down on our way home from Florida to Ohio. We were stuck for 2 days while it was fixed. The staff Monica and Scott were so sweet and so helpful with our stay there. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for such a bad situation.

Being sick with only being able to go walking distance was hard. My 2 boys would have like if the pool would have been a big help.

The room was clean and nice, the furnishings looked new and modern. Beds were comfy. The breakfast was pretty good, the breakfast area was large and clean.

Some of the common areas like the stairwell and elevators were a bit worn. There were a few people loitering in the parking lot, I just ignored them. The location wasn't that close to the interstate, but it is on the same side of town as the Space Center.

Location and mattress

Rotting wood by shower- gnats coming out of it or termites or something. Breakfast-Coffee wasn’t good. Gravy was cold. Pool was green. Didn’t want to swim but would have sat out there by it and enjoyed the weather.

The salt water pool eas nice and the newer facilities were nice. Good breakfast most days. Staff was freindly and helpful.

Loose toilet seat and very slow sink drain. Was not told whether the room would have a bathtub or just a shower ( my wife prefers a bathtub.)

I am glad I chose this hotel. The hotel staff were all friendly, smiling and accommodating. I requested a room in an upper floor fronting the parking area and they gave me just that. Also, I enjoyed eating breakfast as well and appreciate the coffee machine. I totally recommend this place!

The staff was very kind and courteous. The room was clean. When we were 5 minutes late for breakfast, the man cleaning up brought my pregnant wife and I 2 plates full of food when he didn't have to.

The bed was a bit firm for me, but this is more about personal preference for me. My wife loved it.

convenient to Von Braun. We were in town for a volleyball tournament. all rooms are only accessible from inside. Doors are locked at 10 and you can only enter with your room card. Mrs. Monica at the front desk was absolutely the best and very personable. Breakfast was hot and yummy! great variety of items. parking lot very well lit. clean rooms, each has fridge, microwave and a keurig with coffee pods and all accessories.
