The accommodations were great. The room was a comfortable size and having the kitchen facilities was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's location close to the airport which was very helpful. Shopping and a few restaurants were fairly close by.

The breakfast was limited with basically oatmeal, muffins and some fruit/nut bars along with coffee, and other hot beverages. Adding some fruit cups, yogurt or fresh fruit would really add a lot to make a more filling breakfast.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and convenient.

A guest left their 2 dogs unattended. Those dogs barked non-stop. Staff were apologetic and actively corrected the issue. The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was worn down to springs with no padding on one side. My back did not appreciate that. Also, TV had issues. Picture was small and stuck in top left corner because of uploading the TV guide which never came up.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It was also large, with a small kitchen area and full size fridge, so there was plenty of room to spread out in.

Entrance to the lobby was controlled with a buzzer. This was a bit awkward when unloading the car. The swimming pool was locked but there was no notice as to why.

the customer service was exceptional! the room was clean the decor was just breath taking . thank you Mr Robert for being so kind to me a total stranger as well as the two young ladies who works at the front desk. I will never forget this experience

It was the least expensive property closest to the airport. Everything was very basic but adequate.

The "breakfast" was seriously lacking. Prepackaged granola bars, and muffins, instant oatmeal, and coffee or tea does not constitute breakfast should be stated differently.

Very restful. Far away from grandkids.

Steak and eggs delivered to room daily would be nice. Kidding.

The property was extremely well kept, clean and everything in the room was in excellent working condition. The manager even stopped and asked how my day was going.

I loved that it felt like I was at home! I loved that the property staff was all really friendly and took care of every single one of my needs. Shout out to the hotel manager, she was so kind and held conversation with me in a polite and homey manner! I would 100% stay here all the time if I could.

Location was good … close to the airport, shopping and restaurants. Robert, at the front desk, was helpful and provided information about areas to visit.

I liked how quiet and clean our room was

No lil coffee maker in the rooms, I work nights and having it handy I our room would've been nice but it was ok for me to go to the lobby to have as much coffee as I wanted
