The location was very cool but definitely remote. Takes 20-30 min from the town of Williams so it is a trek to come in and out to do activities. It was a nice set up though on the site.
I would have loved some better breakfast options for the amount we were paying to stay. A warm breakfast option would be nice even if buffet style. Though they do provide a lot of games on the campsite, i would have liked more activities (besides kayaking) available especially because it is so hard to get in and out of town. walking trails on site or nearby would have been great. and more to do especially for little kids would be nice.

We left the uniqueness of this property. It is truly a hidden gem. This family owned business knocks it out of the park when it comes to hospitality. We loved our tent and the views are simply amazing. The staff makes it perfectly clear they are there too get you anything you need to make your stay the absolute best. I cannot say enough good things about this property. We will definitely be back sooner than later to enjoy this lovely property. Big shout out to Chase who wore many different hats and treated us like royalty. Such a nice guy and so helpful.
There is nothing to dislike about this property. It was great.

Great front desk personnel: community vibe; lot's of games and activities. Solid options for breakfast; s'mores kits are a nice touch
Would be nice if the bathroom had walls to the ceiling. Ceiling windows in the unit was quite dirty too, which made the stargazing more challenging

I loved staying here and will definitely be staying again. The location is gorgeous and the tents had windows in the ceiling so you could lay in bed and look at the stars (which were amazing). The grounds were gorgeous and expansive. We walked around and did some hiking in the National Forest surrounding the resort. The staff was so nice and helpful. We only stayed the weekend....but I wish we had stayed longer. It was nice to get away for a while (cell service was patchy...but wifi was available at the front desk lobby area).
I liked everything. There wasn't anything that I would change. My family had a great time.

Everything about the whole experience was wonderful! I was most excited about the breathtaking views. The staff completely made everything easy and they were genuinely nice and extremely helpful.
The dinner was not at all good. All the food presented was extremely salty.

The lodges are beautiful - spacious and elegant as well as comfortable. We had a family of five in one tent and there was plenty of room for everyone with all their luggage etc.
Breakfast was a bit skimpy, especially for us travelling with boys aged 14, 18 and 21. There was a problem with the hot water in our lodge as well. We would not have minded this, except we had been white water rafting in the canyon that day and were covered in Colorado river mud. We had all been thinking about showers for the entirety of the five hour bus and car journey to get from the river to Backlands.

View over the water from the room
When using hot water in the shower, it creates a breeze through the top of the shower, between the shower head and the water heater. So the hotter the water, the colder the room. Food was just ok.

It was awesome to see the stars in our tent and the views were amazing. Our server was very pleasant and the rest of the staff were nice as well.
It wasn't that clean and the food was over priced and not that great and my fork kept breaking when trying to eat a steak. They didn't want to make the fire bigger for us to stay warm to roast the marshmallows.

Great accommodations, friendly staff, pretty view. We stayed the eve before we took the Grand Canyon Railroad. it worked out great.
There need to be more instructions in the room of how to work things and what is offered. We figured most of it out but could have been easier. We also would have liked the ability to turn off our outside lights for a better view of the stars.

Remote location was so beautiful and peaceful and the facilities were definitely high luxury glamping, and only short drive from nearby cities and grand canyon. Wish we had more time to stay. Staff was great and left us smore kits to enjoy because we got in a little late.
