Very clean. The gentleman at the front desk, Jordan, was exceptionally helpful. He was very friendly and did a great job explaining where everything was located in the hotel. I asked where would be a good place to go and get a bite to eat, have some drinks, and watch some games, and he pointed out several options nearby. I also made the mistake of making my reservation on Booking.com, so I asked if I could still get my Choice rewards, and he made every effort he could to try and make that happen. 5 star customer service!

I wish breakfast at the Choice hotels would go until 10am for people traveling for leisure and are not early risers.

The breakfast was fantastic, hot scrambled eggs and sausage patties, a wafflemaker (which worked perfectly) muffins, juices, coffee, a countertop fridge full of yogurt, cream cheese, and butter packets, cereals, apples, overall it was a pretty great sight to see early in the morning before I hit the road again. Everything was clean, too. I didn't use the pool, so I can't speak to that, but I did see people swimming in it. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. Parking was easy.

I really liked all of it. The only thing I don't like is that I can't have this hotel room for each stop in my roadtrip.

Key cards did not work properly

Everything!The beds were comfortable. The TV channels worked well. We had a double queen room that also had a small table and 2 chairs. Nice lighting. The breakfast had " real" scrambled eggs as they are usually powdered eggs. 2 different kinds of sausage, bagels, toast, waffles, yogurt, apples, cold cereals, oatmeal, muffins, orange juice & coffee. We plan on booking again. We were there for a mini girl's time.

In alot of hotels, the fan stays on in the bathroom when the light is on, so did this one. Toilet is very low.

I loved that it was a quiet town, remote from everywhere else. Rooms were a great size, and I LOVE hotels with pools

Even though I love the pool area, I couldn’t enjoy it as much as I thought. My husband and I brought our very young son on our honeymoon, and the pool room was too cold to enjoy. Usually the room is hotter and steamy so that way when you get out the water you don’t feel as cold, but the minute we got into the pool with our son, we had to immediately take him out because we were concerned about his temperature. His lips were purple and he was shaking so we had to run back to our room. A couple of nights there was construction? I heard so much noise I honestly couldn’t sleep

Breakfast was very good with a variety of options from wafles, cupcakes, yogurt, eggs, sausages and fruit. There is also a room with coffee and hot chocolate open 24 h. Bedrooms were confortable, clean and functional. There is a hot pool which we did not use because we stayed only night.

We enjoyed the hot breakfast (eggs, sausage and waffle). The indoor pool and hot spa were fun. The coffee room comprising tv, tables, lemon water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate was great. Car parking was convenient. Jordan on the reception night shift was friendly and helpful.

The note/coin exchange machine location was inconvenient to the laundry on the first floor. Day staff on the desk ought to be better trained to deal with booking enquiries, payments and invoice provisions. The door lock key-card was terrible and needs to be fixed or upgraded. Our problems were not due to "wiped" cards. Staff are aware of this inconvenience and pitfall with the locks and were apologetic and helpful to help us gain access when they could.

Property was in an excellent location to the town. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was the standard, which isn’t to my liking, but what ever. Swimming area was great. Lobby was clean and coffee was always available. I would stay here again next time I’m in town.

Continental breakfast is always the same. The food is hardly edible. It just seems not natural.

Great property and location, breakfast was good.

I had taken a friend with me and while I know the person who checked us in felt comfortable with us he did not need to drop the F word multiple times. I laughed it off to be polite but I could tell my friend was trying to be polite as well. The F word was not the only bad word used. I work in hospitality and that would not have been acceptable for my staff no matter how comfortable they left with someone they just met.

This hotel is about 1 hour drive from Grand Canyon so i definitely recommend it to stay here if you want to visit the Canyon. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was big and spacy. There was free parking in the hotel. And the breakfast was excellent!! Anything you need to start your day full of energy!! Also they dont keep a deposit from credit card as all the other hotels we stayed in USA. That was a BIG possitive for us!!

Rooms dont have good soundproof. Thats not a problem in my eyes, but i had to mention for other travellers who may need that info. Nothing else.
