Everything was so nice and comfortable! The staff were quick to greet at the door. Hotel is spotless clean, breakfast is spectacular for a free add on. All facilities were in good order and condition. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice selection of snacks available up front. Pool area is very nice and clean.

Kids out in the pool area unattended by an adult and they were screaming bloody murder the entire time we were trying to relax at the jacuzzi. There was an older child with a whole bunch of smaller kids and it was so bad we left the pool area. Beds are so comfortable and I ordered the bedding set online because they are my favorite of any hotel. We stay at mid affordable hotels often for my husbands chemo treatments and Hampton hotels and suites by Hilton are our favorite of any.

Location was pretty good, not directly "downtown" but wasn't more than a 5 minute drive to the shops. Breakfast was excellent! Perfect for the kids and the pool was absolutely amazing.

At night, we called the front desk to get an extra blanket and the front desk lady told us they didn't have any. She didn't seem too amused that we were calling to ask and when I asked if there was any way to get one, she said "no, we are all sold out!".

So we are regulars here, FYI. I love the location - we usually hit either Watson, Lynx, or Goldwater Lakes, so this is equidistant from our spots. My daughter loves the pool area, I love the outdoor hang out area - electric fireplace, gigantic jenga, and bean bags.

The breakfast food is myeh at best and check-in is 4pm while check-out out is 11am. Not even 24 hrs.

The staff was helpful and friendly...everyone seemed happy to be doing what they were doing. The room was clean and little details like night lighting in the bathroom were great. Also, best pillows ever! Great night sleep. Breakfast was normal breakfast fare but the people running it were friendly and made sure everything was stocked and clean.

Overall the stay was wonderful. Super nice/clean room and bathroom. Loved the double curtains, that actually kept the room dark, so that we could sleep in. Like most hotels though, could hear the slamming of other doors and people walking around at all times of the night. But that would not stop me from staying there again. Double Plus... they have free coffee available 24/7!

As mentioned about just the outside sound from that hallways. But I know its rare to not have that at a hotel.

Amazing place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to shops and restaurants like Trader Joe’s and Red Lobsters. Costco is nearby too. 15 minutes away from Embry-Riddle University where my sons goes to. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a vacation in Prescott. Clean and comfortable. Close to shops like Trader Joe’s and Red Lobsters. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. I chose Hamilton Inn because it’s close to my son’s Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Perfect place for a vacation. Good job Hampton Inn Prescott.

Not much. Everything else is just perfect!

I came to Prescott to honor the Yarnell 19 fallen firefighters. I had a reservation at another location and they "lost" my reservation and left me hanging. I got on line and found this room. I was very happy that it was a Hampton Inn. Then when I arrived I was greeted by a wonderful lady at the front desk AND the manager, Angela. I was welcomed and given early check in. What an awesome property and staff! I already reserved a date in September for my next visit!

Everything was outstanding, even with work being done on the parking lot!

I liked the room and the breakfast

The pool and hot tub needs cleaning constantly and the hours for adults should be as needed. Some people work until after 12 midnight and would like to use the hot tub for medical purposes and the area closes too soon for adults with medical issues.

There was a nice variety of breakfast choices. I personally liked the fresh fruit, raisin cinnamon bagel, scrambled eggs and crisp bacon. The attending staff was friendly and helpful.

Large tv screen was wonderful. But the control was tricky. There were no numbers to change channels. It was limited to several news programs, espn sports. Definitely the control could be changed and improved. But we got by.
