The staff was very kind and the location was gorgeous!

They really try to squeeze every dollar out of you that they can. Parking was $25 per night, whether you valet or park yourself. They also charge you for WiFi every 24 hours unless you join their rewards program (in 2023, it's hard to find a hotel that DOESN'T include WiFi). While those are listed, it just seemed a bit much for a place that you're already paying so much for.

Reception staff are excellent, restaurant welcoming staff also very good. Room views are the best ever. Dining and drinks are very expensive. Most staff are very good, than as stated above (who were excellent), but there are clearly some staffing issues.

Very poor coffee making facilties within rooms. First noght room was very noisy and had to be moved, but was very well handld by staff and management. Food and beverages very expensive. Juice/ coffee bar very poor - unacceptable really, lets the whole resort down.

Originally, our room were located on the 1st floor. We weren't happy with the room because of problems in that room. The front desk staff was kind enough to allow us to move to another different room, on 2nd floor. The property area has several different hiking trails. We only went on one trail - the Ridgeline Hiking trail which is about 4 miles. Lucky there was a shuttle van ready to drop us of and pick us up too. Pools were warm, and had a night using the hot spa, which get crowd with people. Also, hotel provided bottles to pour in waters.

The first floor location, with leading to the parking lot and the parking lots view. Plus the entrance on 1st floor has people vaping, which I was not happy about it.

We liked the “resort” feel. It was pretty, very nice, easy to get around and fun. The valet service was top notch! The guys we so polite, kind and very quick. All of the other staff was very friendly and always asked if we needed anything.

We were told there would be poolside food and drink services and that staff would be walking around taking orders, they never did that. The only time we had an order taken at the pool was after I went inside to ask about the staff at the pool.it turned out just fine, but we did ask at the time we made reservations and again when we checked in. The food choices in both the restaurant and room service. The room service menu was way too “fancy.” We would’ve liked to have had more things like hamburgers, nachos, chicken strips, sandwiches, chips and salsa/queso, desserts, etc. The restaurant food was very good, we loved it. But we only ate there once because of the selections.

I appreciated the accommodations made as my flight changed and I arrived to the resort earlier than expected. I messaged the resort in advance requesting early check in. Upon my arrival Giana assisted w check in and had a genuinely pleasant attitude. She was very helpful and clarified questions re: resort cost, credit and upgrades. I enjoyed the resort location as my intention was to relax. I stayed on the 4th floor, great view of the pool and mountains. I caught the sunrise both days. Enjoyed my stay. I would definitely return to Adero.

The restaurant can add more items to their menu. The options were limited. I stayed 2 nights, and only ate dinner once because town was further out. I would encourage artisan pizza nights on the patio, taco bar, etc. Revive Cafe was closed Thursday all day. It may be due to staffing. But I liked their menu items, especially green juices made fresh. I did appreciate the waitress willing to make green juice for me even thought it was closed. Also pool service was not available, although I was told it would be. Again, it may be due to staffing. Maybe cross training staff would be helpful to utilize throughout resort.

The size of the room and view were terrific. My husband, who is tall, gave the shower a 9.5 out of 10, only taking away .5 for the loudness of the drain but said it was pretty much the perfect shower.

The beds were very hard and the pillows were either too soft or too hard. If those were better, I would give the property a 10 out of 10 (discounting my husband's .5 dock of the shower drain).

Staff was excellent in the restaurant and the pool service was spectacular. We enjoyed our time there.

We wanted to use the daybeds, each daybed had a sign check with front desk to reserve. When we asked we were told to go online and reserve, online was sold out. We asked again at front desk were told all were reserved, all three days that we were there not one daybed was used, all were empty the entire time.

The resort was nice. However....

Their systems were down the full time I was there and had to fill out manual paper credit card charges for everything. And they charge FOR EVERYTHING. Even water. And parking. Even SELF Parking is $25 a day. Valet is $25 a day. Food and drink prices are crazy expensive and the restaurant services were terrible. It took 40 minutes to get a taco. And a $58 room service fish was BLAND and overcooked. The food quality was not good at all.

Great location, spacious rooms, nice staff.

Uncomfortable mattresses, not the best sound insulation (this was very disappointing, since we heard literally every slamming door of the neighboring rooms).

Amenities, staff were excellent

The restaurant was unfortunately understaffed and we had poor dining experience. The poolside service was excellent but food quality from menu was poor. The food and service from the downstairs canteen was good.
