Good bed and Bathroom

Chaotic check in system, room not property clean found thick black hair everywhere, complementary breakfast is a joke.

Convenient to hospital. Reasonable price. The room was very nice.

Difficulty checking in with no live attendant. Telling me I’d be fined if I didn’t place parking sign in my car when it wasn’t provided. Parking space back in dark place. (Single elderly lady) I was nervous

It's the most lovely little place. Clean, very good restaurant and cocktailbar next to it. Very good location. I would stay there again.

I wish it would have been made clear beforehand, that there is no human staff around. If you have (as a tourist) no internet connection the check in is very difficult up to impossible without help. (If you know it and arrange some WiFi spot it is easy enough!) And it would be nice to have a guard person for the night. I woke 2 times from people screaming and hollering and banging against doors in the middle of the night. Perhaps the very decent price point attracts people you don't really want to attract with such a nice facility. The complementary breakfast, on the other hand, is a joke. (Coffee and waffles in cellophane) Anyhow, I would stay there again.

It was gated and had a beautiful resort type feel on the inside Pool and fire pit (although the resident using the fire pit said she had to keep her finger on the button for it to work)

Although continental breakfast was promised, all they had was a bin of little bite muffins every morning and maybe granola bars if you were lucky. The shower doesn’t get extremely hot and has very low water pressure. They charge $10 a night for you to park at the hotel and assign you a parking spot but parking is free for the restaurant which is only open from 5 PM to 10 PM The coffee machine didn’t work

The location was good for our needs. The room was good (clean and comfortable) and had a good coffee machine :-). The grounds of the hotel were very nice. The management of the hotel was in transition and the manager of site was extremely nice and helpful in getting us through the check-in process (see below).

The check-in process was over complicated, I think mainly due the management if the hotel being in transition. Car parking was also a bit complicated ($10 permit needed) although the manager allowed us to park overnight in a staff space . I'm sure these issues will be sorted out once the new ownership is fully established.

No breakfast available but complimentary waffle, pear, tea and coffee everyday. Pets are welcome without any additional payment. Decent size room, clean and comfortable, has mini fridge, microwave.

Check in time was 3pm and we waited 1 and a hallf hour for the room to be cleaned. Not fun waiting with tired kids and grandma. Not all units have available parking you have to park somewhere else like a 10minute walk not good if weather is hot. No staff available in the motel it is a self check in and out. Only staff there were the cleaners. No supermarket or shops nearby you have to have a car.

I loved the decor, the room was a double queen for my friend and I, exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable with nice cool cotton linens. Very minimalist in appearance, which made it very relaxing. The pool was very nice and super clean and the dining facilities located on site offered very tasty and health minded menu options that you don’t normally see offered. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the hotel is very safe and secure. I have only 2 minor complaints, parking was an issue for me. Most rooms had assigned parking spaces and were provided with that added sense of security with vehicles parked around under constant surveillance, while mine was not. I was told I could park next door at the bank and risk getting towed, or find parking on the streets surrounding the hotel wherever space was available. Luckily I was able to find parking along the rear perimeter not too far and in a semi lit space. I think given the limited amount of spaces, parking should at least be first come first serve, and maybe the owners should try and come to some type of mutual agreement or understanding to allow guests to park next door after banking hours are done, without the risk of being towed. And last but not least, the shower drain in our room had a strong pungent odor that smelled like sulphur, easy fix… aside from that, I highly recommend staying here and will be returning the next time I have a venue to attend in the valley.

Parking

The interior courtyard is beautiful. The hotel is very clean and close to Papago park. What I liked most was the comfort of the beds. Quiet; with many nooks and furniture to relax about. Great for family. They also have a professional Japanese chef in the restaurant.

Very small thing but be aware $200 security deposit. If put on debit it takes multiple days to get back.

It's a very cute property, very affordable, and is close to Desert Botanical Gardens, Phoenix Zoo, Hole in the Rock, and Papago Park. Automatic check-in was seamless, the property is secure and safe at all times, the room was clean and spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. I also liked that there were streaming options on the tv so I could watch Netflix and Hulu, the fridge in the room was convenient and appreciated, and my son, despite it being a cooler winter day, enjoyed the pool.

I wish the on-site restaurant had been open as there aren't a whole lot of dining options in the immediate area.

The 25$ credit at the restaurant was awesome. The free, small breakfast snacks are incentive to try something new (and delicious) and the coffee machine and hot water kettle was so useful!

I didnt know the deposit was going to be 200$. We got ours back by texting the owner about ANY issues in our room. I would like to stay again, but not so close to the designated dog relief area.
