Location- perhaps the best location at the crossroads of the three highways in the commercial area. But the best thing about it- Samantha. She is exactly what you want and need at a resort property a host who is observant and accommodating. Even if something goes a little wrong - she fixes it - doesn’t sugarcoat it . No hotel is perfect - but when you have someone like her taking care of you - the imperfections charm .

same gripe i have about every hotel. - slow internet - i don’t complain anymore - just use my hotspot.

I was pleasantly surprised about the room! The cost was so low and we needed at least 3 queen beds I was worried what the room would look like. It was spacious, 2 room suite that was clean and comfortable. The pool was gorgeous! We enjoyed an afternoon of swimming with the provided inflatables. The breakfast was okay but better than a lot of continental breakfast I have had. It was perfectly centered where we were just minutes from downtown and a lot of attractions that Eureka has to offer.

I didn't really not like anything, my only suggestion is in the 2 bedroom suite is to have a love seat or something, with 6 of us it would of fit us better but this isn't a complaint! Just a suggestion

The location and the staff are great!!! The woman that checked us in was super friendly and very helpful! It was very clean, the room smelled very nice! The shower head had the perfect amount of pressure! There were neighbors all around us and some were pretty loud but you couldn't hear them in the room like a lot of places. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip into Eureka Springs!!

The only thing was our air conditioner didn't take the moisture out of the air so at times the room had a bit of a moist feel. But I would definitely stay here again!!

Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, plenty of room...location was great....loved the nostalgia and colors of the 1970's bathroom...price was amazing!

Got there a little before 4 and the office was closed...called first number listed on door and got no answer...called second number and was rudely told that a message had been left that the office was closing early and we were given a code to get our key and paperwork..after that phone call we were a little concerned with the choice we had made but it all turned out great!

Cute property, nicely decorated rooms, lots of in-room coffee and toiletries, ample TV channels, good location, seemed clean, relatively quiet.

Office closed at 5 p.m. Never experienced this in a motel. This caused a few issues (e.g., no Internet, no ice, confusion about check-out procedures). More thought needs to be put into how to meet travelers' needs if staff hours are limited. Reservation confirmation varied from the norm also (several confirmation emails and a phone call where usually one email is sufficient). NO breakfast offered although this was stated on the Web. Checkout time not listed on the door or on the bill; no key drop off for departure before 9 a.m. opening (which is also late for travelers). Heating/cooling unit in room was super loud.

It was a basic hotel room. Just what we needed. Super CLEAN!!! Beds weren't too comfy for me. I'm just used to a tempurpedic mattress that's all. Continental breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravy, cereal, fresh fruit and yogurts and pastries. Good enough for us. Front desk clerk was super sweet.

The pool was a little....dirty. Only because it was under cedar trees.

The breakfast selection was small but convenient. Coffee was hot and ready to go when it was needed. Location was perfect. I loved that it wasnt in the main part of Eureka Springs, and it was a quiet location.

super shape for an older lodging all the towels and soap one could use a/c was great my nephew and i take m/cycle trips 2-3 times a year and we were both surprised and very happy with room and price breakfast was a little for us but we are chomping at the bit to ride Thank you so much Dennis &Dennis

Check in was great. The room was really clean. However it was much smaller than I expected but overall great value and staff was great

I just thought the room would be larger. We were only there one night so it was sufficient.

I liked everything about the property. The staff were warm, informative, and polite. We stayed on the backside of the 2 story building and it felt like a little private area. Close enough to downtown but just far enough to have some quiet.

The backside where we stayed had no exterior lighting.
