I absolutely loved our stay! I met my daughter there because she lives in Texas and we decided to start meeting half way to make things easier. Wanted a place with a pool. I almost did t pick this place because the pictures had carpet and we don’t like that with the baby. But the reviews we good and it was so cheap compared to other hotels I normally stay at. Well let me tell you the rooms are so clean! No carpet! We were facing the pool. I was able to get 2 nights for the price I normally pay at these “bougie” hotels and I was so pleasantly surprised at this place! I wish I had taken pictures of our room but super amazing stay and can’t wait to come back. This will be our summer meet spot from now on for me and my daughter!

Would have loved a breakfast but did not matter everything was amazing

Location is absolutely great. Accessible to many stores and restaurants and rite by the airport. Family style rooms, great for extended stay. Great if you have pets. My daughter and I with 2 dogs drove from New Jersey. Yikes so long. 31 + hours. We got to the property at about 10 pm. We were greeted by Eric, absolutely amazing. Great customer service , it’s tough at that time of night . He helped us get settled ❤️ after a very long drive. In the morning we decide to stay another 2 days and spoke to Jennifer. Again absolutely amazing. She helped with my extended stay. The level of customer service for these 2 are what very tired customers need after a very long day. Thank you Chase Suite El Paso. Keep up the great customer service training with your employees . Definitely will come back and recommend this property.

Everything about the property was great, we slept great! We did not realize they closed the kitchen at 9:00 am so we were unable to take advantage of the breakfast food.

I pre-paid for my room with PayPal. It was an automatic withdrawal from my account. The property was having difficulty getting reimbursed from Booking.com, so they charged my discover credit card on file without my knowledge. I had to call Booking.com around 7 times and the property a bunch of times to get it straightened out. Booking.com is reimbursing my Discover card, so they say in 7-10 days. So, I would recommend not using Booking.com and not using PayPal to pay. We were double charged, almost like a scam, and I had to figure out how to get my money back!

The Super 8 was a Great Place to pull off the Road and Sleep Overnight. I would recommend it to everyone - for sure, 100% . But I want to add this: Carolyn, who was behind the front desk - is a remarkable, wonderfully kind and caring person! She helped me So Much -- to make my stay Perfect! . Because of her - my stay was really Quite Extra-Ordinary !!!

This property was perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable. The room had everything we needed. We were only there for one night. What I most appreciate was the price. Finally, a property that charged a fair price for a night's stay. It's difficult finding an affordable place that is decent when you're a senior citizen and on a fixed income. So, for us, that was a huge thing. Deeply appreciated. The only thing I would add, is the shower could use a shelf or somewhere to put your soap & shampoo. Or attach a soap dispenser to the wall. Other than that, I was pleased with all the room had to offer. We will most definitely stay there again.

As mentioned, having a shelf in the shower would be nice. Thankfully the top of the toilet was within reaching distance. But certainly not something complain about.

Location was close to Walmart and several restaurants and right off the interstate Rooms were a little outdated but very clean and friendly staff Breakfast was not much of anything but free so no complaints Pool was nice Everything was very clean Bed was comfortable Great value Very quiet

Needs a little updating

We love everything they go above and beyond Our grandkids love the pool. On Saturday they had the pool to themselves for about 3 hours.

The only thing we didn't like was that in room 102 the filters in the ac were filthy and needed to be clean.

Check in was very easy when arrived along with being very friendly.

House keeping lacked in service. Trash not slways dumped along with ashtrays not cleaned. Pet areas needs to be improved since this is not a very good area to walk lpets in and very small.

The staff, The cleanliness, and location perfect for going to Hot Springs easy

The beds are just a little to firm. A padded mattress pad would help. Only gave us 2 towels and wash clothes and hand towels for a 3 day stay ....

Conveniently located in a quiet spot just off the interstate. Perfect for an overnight stay, Also just 15 mi off Hot Springs and state parks, which are a gem.

The breakfast is, as usual, pretty basic (a self-service). The card-based room key stopped working at 10 AM, although the check-out time was 11 AM.
