Beds and room were comfortable and clean and quiet. TV had good cable and choices. Price was good also. The included breakfast did have waffles and cereal.

Breakfast was not much. could have used some fresh fruit besides old looking apples. The juice tasted stale to me.

I was able to park just outside my first floor room. No hallways or stairs to impede my carrying in my luggage. The microwave was on a usable counter not trapped under the tv. The room was spacious. It was clean and comfortable.

There should have been one of the flip over secondary door locks utilized in most motels. The sounds of moving of furniture in the room above me were quite loud.

We liked having a table and two armchairs, a real coffee maker (not the single cup type), reusable coffee mugs and breakfast.

Breakfast was to be at 06:00, but it was after 06:30 by the time we gave up on staff getting the area ready for waffles and the regular coffee machine failed.

Nice location in the middle of town. Close to restaurants. Room was very clean and I did like that they had a nice cable TV offering including pay channels like HBO and Cinemax.

Breakfast was not so great. The apple and orange juice were very watery. They did offer fruits (apples) and those were good.

I have stayed here before and do so because it is not over priced and is clean and comfortable for a night stay while traveling. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was fine.

The town of Brawley is struggling and so there were very few open restaurants to choose from.
