Nice accommodation in the owner yard, separated from the main house. Very private. Room has AC and a large TV. Bathroom is very nice and very modern. Access to jacuzzi close to the main house. Parking right up front of the room.

2 main drawbacks: 1) it is far from Naples city center. So not convenient to go back and forth. Once you leave the room in the morning, you.re not coming back until after dinner unless you want to lose 1h in the car. 2) no breakfast included. A place like this will benefit a lot from offering breakfast to his guests. My recommendations!

The bedroom was separate from the living area which is nice because my spouse and I have different sleep hours. It was also a great plus to have a patio area outside the living room. I liked the gas stove in the kitchen, always a plus for me.

The bed was too hard. It was ok the first night but the second gave me restless sleep, waking up in pain. FYI, my husband and I both have bad backs and arthritis. It took a while for water to get hot but that is a common issue in hotels/motels.

A quaint facility with a fun, old time roadside "cottage" feel to it (and I mean that in the best of ways). Room was a good size, clean and well maintained. Bathroom and shower was wonderful, with an excellent selection of higher end toiletries. The grounds are maintained like a personal garden, and a pleasure to stroll in. This facility accepts pets, and a pet deposit may be required. Convenient to downtown areas and Monterey's Fisherman's Wharf.

Breakfast was spartan, with limited choices and no toaster for breads or bagels. They did offer a protein (hard boiled eggs) which many budget hotels do not.

I absolutely love the neighborhood location of the hotel which is a few blocks from the ocean. And I appreciate the fact that the property is fenced in, and very private, and that I can park right next to my room. I sometimes have to take my doggie out late at night, and I always feel safe and secure. The staff is also very friendly. And when I had an emergency they kindly let me change my reservation just a few days before I was to arrive, and did not charge me an extra fee. Ant their prices for the doggies was reasonable, and determined by the size of the dogs, which seemed very fair to me. And theres lots of grass for the doggies and a little private fenced area for them as well, and they also provide doggie baggies if you run out or dont have any with you. Also lots of gorgeous trees, flowers, benches, and decorative garden items all around. It’s now the only place where I will stay when Im visiting the Monterey Peninsula.

Great value for money. The hotel is ideally situated, a short walk down to the beach, which is great for sunrise and sunset views. There is sufficient parking on premises and the rooms have everything that you need.

Made a booking on Booking.com, but was immediately called and told that only one night was available instead of two. However, when I reached the hotel, they had sorted everything out. This was a little confusing on my end and is something that the hotel could look into rectifying with Booking.com so that future customers are not confused and stressed out, especially if they are driving from far off to stay in the area. Just a suggestion from my end.

The property is absolutely beautiful, it’s something out of a fairytale. The lights at night make it that much more magical.

The parking was a little complicated, there’s no assigned parking spots so you’re not guaranteed a spot by your room. I had to park at the top of the hill to get to my room at the bottom. The inside was a little disappointing after seeing such a beautiful outside, a few things would’ve made this the absolute most perfect place to stay: a comfier bed, better bedding, a nicer shower curtain (ours was cheap and got water everywhere), and the room to be little cleaner. It was nice otherwise, but those little changes would’ve made it perfect!

The location is wonderful! Just a couple blocks away from the beach trail & a 4min drive to the downtown area. The grounds are well kept, our cottage was very clean, & the windows were open when we arrived, leaving the space aired out & fresh. Loooooved the fireplace! So cozy...

The room had some easily repairable cosmetic damage to the walls & tile, making it look a bit dingy. The vending machine is empty...not sure why it's still out if not in use. There are snacks located in the office, but the clerk had no cash for change. All concerns are easily fixed, & won't stop me from returning.

could hear neighbors and some bathroom noises easily (but we had earplugs), and I was sad that we got one of the few upper level rooms. I had knee surgery and going downstairs is still a pain, literally. I asked if we could get a lower level and the office said they were booked, so no.

The motel is about 2 blocks from the beach. The room was very quiet. It had everything you needed. We had our bikes and rode the coast line. Our room was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchenette. We had a separate bedroom. The grounds were very cute. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was kind of expanded grab and go.

For the price it’s a great deal. The couch was not comfortable but it was new and clean. Furniture was pretty low end but new and functional.
