The front desk person who checked us in was newly hired (actually his very first day!) and proceeded with professionalism and friendliness. Even when he encountered an issue with programming the key cards to our room, he thought logically, walked us to the room, admitted us with a master card, then returned soon afterwards with ours. The rooms were VERY spacious, was as advertised, and had a nice kitchenette. Jetted tub actually worked, as did the gas fireplace. Parking was right by the room and included in the price.

The stopper for the jetted tub did not work, so I had to improvise. There was trash visible outside the bedroom window and outside of the dumpster.

Absolutely love the location and the thing that sold us on the room was the Jacuzzi tub wonderful wonderful thing to have in the room. You can’t find a price that good with a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom big enough for two. also, I needed a hour late check out and they were able to accommodate me for an extra charge. That was wonderful.

The only thing I could say, I didn’t like about the property is the bathroom is kind of falling apart a little bit they think tend to cut a little bit of corners, not to fix the room like it needs to be fixed they toilet was unable to flush without holding the top of the back up or it would come crashing down every time you try to flush it the bathroom, the tub is getting warped behind the walls other than thatit was all right

Perfect place for me. The room was super big, lots of amenities, the location at the entrance of ASILOMAR grounds is perfect for beach access, for those interested in that. I was there for a conference; I had a great stay.

There is no breakfast included, but did not expect any, so not really an issue for me. The cushions were a bit big for my taste, that's my only "complaint".

Room was comfortable with a few amenities. I appreciate the microwave, fridge, and sink. TV didn't have as many channels as I'm used to. For instance I could not watch the SJ Sharks games or the MLS soccer playoffs, due to their service not having those channels available.

Carpet is old, and section of wall next to the bathroom is not in good condition. Heater is noisy and not easy to use due to all the settings. More towels could have been provided for a 5-night stay.

The location is directly across from Asilomar where you can walk through the grounds to the State beach. The property is in need of a little TLC but it has a bit of charm.

A little attention to the rooms. The carpet was frayed in places and the latch on the window was broken. The landscaping was also in need of attention.

Room was great, nice upgrades and comfortable features. Location is amazing, very close to Asilomar Beach, quiet neighborhood and peaceful deer activity.

Tile floor was cold in the morning, but tolerable. Windows were open when I checked in which helped the room feel fresh, but was a little cold.

Hot shower...good location...comfortable bed...very quite...heater works well

No fire alarm...wallpaper peeling off wall in many places...no freezer...fireplace mantel was dirty and carpet was not vacuumed because we found a bobby pin and thick sticky stuff on the carpet

Nice big bedrooms with a sitting room attached. The bathroom was very spacious with an awesome jacuzzi tub. The bed was very comfortable. The Rosedale Inn is within walking distance to the beach.

There is not enough lighting in the sitting room, and noticeable repairs are needed to the wallpaper. Outside step needs caution paint touched up.

Peaceful location. Quiet. Almost no car traffic. One story so nobody walking above us in the middle of the night. Bedding and kitchenette and supplies seemed fresh and clean. Microwave and refrigerator were very useful. The hotel even provided dishware and cutlery. Not good for party animals, thank all the powers that be!

The. Carpeting really should go. Once stained one can never get it really clean. A Laminate wood floor Is much more sanitary AndMany times easier to keep clean.

Somewhat tired in appearance, but large room with comfortable king bed, gas fireplace and and mini kitchen with sink, refrigerator and microwave. Large bathroom with jacuzzi tub/shower. Quiet location and short walk to restaurants and walk along shoreline. Very friendly and helpful staff.
