Beautiful clean room great location to the ocean. Nice wildlife we have stayed before. We love your friendly helpful staff.

The property advertised breakfast and shows pictures of a beautiful breakfast and only passes out terrible pre packed bags with old brushed apples each time I stay. Remove he ad. It is so misleading.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. It was also a very quite room The hot-cooked breakfast you receive when staying on the Cottage side of the street is wonderful. Very much like what you would find at an Irish B&B.

We were in an end room and while it was quiet, there wasn't much of a view, but that was fine, because the fireplace in the room, provided ambiance. The set up of the chairs and coffee table could have been better - but it was not an issue.

Cute place in a great location in walking distance to the lighthouse and shore. Room was bigger than expected and the bed was super comfortable. (Made me realize that we need an Eastern King bed!) Check-in staff was great. There was a long line but she kept her friendliness and helpfulness with each customer and didn't miss a beat.

We stayed in the older area with the lodges. The cottages looked newer. This creeped me out a little bit, but we were right next to a cemetery. (As in, look outside the slider door and step onto the balcony and you are overlooking a cemetery.)

Excellent location and was great for our dogs. Easy to reach beautiful coastal areas to walk and super close to Point Pinos lighthouse, a real treasure. We enjoyed the tour of the lighthouse. The Lighthouse Lodge and cottages were also close to the nice downtown area of Pacific Grove and close also to Monterey and the Aquarium and Cannery row. Just a short drive to many points of interest. We were not there at the right time to see the monarch butterflies, so we will just have to come back!

The bathroom was a little cramped, but all very functional. There were some raised bricks near our walkway that were slightly treacherous, but they were marked clearly with a sign. I am sure if they can be fixed they will be soon.

We went with our family. We had one cottage that had a living room with a backyard and that was awesome for everyone to hang out in. Including our dog. The pool, hot tub and fire pits were a great feature that we all enjoyed. The staff was all very friendly.

The cell phone reception was horrible. And in the evenings when more people were at the property the WiFi didn’t work. So that was frustrating. The hot breakfast wasn’t very good.

This property is at a walkable distance to the lighthouse which we couldn’t visit because it was closed maybe due to the bad weather; and the beach which we enjoyed very much, has easy hiking trails and spots to take pictures. It’s quiet and serene. The staff at the front desk was super kind and helpful. The experience in the dining room was unforgettable; good food, good coffee, cozy and welcoming. The service was great. The room was clean and comfortable. I really recommend the stay in this nice hotel.

The location of the Lighthouse Inn was perfect. The hotel is 2 blocks from the beach, and in a quiet end of town. We stayed in the King Suite, which was above the office, and had a lot of windows with plantation shutters. We were in the tree line & felt we were in the tropics. The room was really cute. We paid the extra $10 per day for breakfast, which was a great value. The menu had many options. The wait-staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was really good.

The King suite had a very large table that took up a lot of the space. An old couch that was small and not very comfortable, and was in the far corner of the front room. We found the layout a bit odd with all the wasted space. The room really is cute, just needs a better set up. The lights were not very bright, and the window in the bedroom lacked a screen so we had to keep it shut so our dog would not jump out. I would have loved to have it open for the fresh sea air. It took a long time for the hot water to reach the bathroom. I cringed at the thought of wasting so much water just to get the hot water.

The rooms are absolutely lovely! We’ve stayed in a lot of lodges and this was by far the nicest one, it didn’t feel like a classic lodge at all in the room. The decor is nice, the rooms are huge and the facilities were great. Really pleasant. We arrived at night and our GPS took us into a side road (Monarch Lane) which was very confusing - however we realised the entrance was on the main road so ignore your GPS if you have to! It says no breakfast but they do provide little breakfast bags which was quite nice (juice, muffin, tangerine and apple)

We've stayed at lighthouse before andbhave always liked it! Great location and pretty grounds! The front desk host CJ was great at showing us rooms and accomadating us!

Needs a little updating! Beds need some more comfort and our shower would not drain! We didn't like the fact to enjoy fireplace we had to go to other sight and hot tub was not working! It was broke when we stayed there before this also!

The property is clean, quiet and parking area is safe. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. One day, I was calling my husband on his phone and he wasn’t answering. I called the Front Desk to check on him which they did. Thank God, he was fine. I appreciate that my call was answered immediately and for the front desk personnel ( I didn’t get her name) calling me back for follow up. My husband and I also walked from the property to the beach - it was a nice exercise ☺️.

I can’t think of anything right now.
