Very nice location close to the Ocean. Good range of restaurants nearby - 10 mins drive. Breakfast selection was OK. but room is clearly too small for the number of guests. 16 seats available.

Amenities in the room were good, with options to heat up food in the microwave or make coffee. Would have liked to have seen a kettle instead of coffee maker for tea drinkers. Breakfast offerings were mostly continental, although you could make yourself toast or a tasty waffle in the waffle maker.

The excessive use of single use plastics during breakfast service. Everything was plastic, from plates, cutlery and cups. Not very environmentally friendly. The lack of chairs in the second bedroom for putting worn clothing on.

Location in Pacific Grove. Breakfast was good. Coffee, asst. breads, yogurt, cereals, breakfast sandwich, etc. The King suite was spacious with a fireplace, central heat, had a full kitchen and it was stocked with plates, utensils and all cooking supplies, included Cooktop, microwave. Hotel was tucked away in a residential area. The hotel also let you choose the time of day you’d like the room cleaned. Rooms were clean and Nicely decorated. Beautiful gazebo on the grounds. Hotel was well maintained. We would stay here again.

The in-room coffee maker. Wish it were a regular drip pot and not the coffee filter pods. We will bring our own pot next time. They do serve coffee from 7-10 am in breakfast room and it was good. They were doing some construction/yard work on a house behind us and it was noisy all day. Fortunately, we were gone most of the day. But that’s not the hotel’s fault.

From the moment we were greeted everything was above our expectations. Drew was very pleasant, room was very clean. The location was very private with enough parking space. The most noise we would hear is your neighbor walking down stairs which wasn't very much. Breakfast spread was great!. Housekeepers kept the place tidy,refilled right away. Room was great,beds were the most comfortable I'd ever slept in. Place really makes you feel like home.

If I had to dislike one thing it would be the front door of the building to enter into your Suite. It took forever to close but I'm sure it is the way it is for housekeeping services.

Great location with easy access (by car) to local beaches and entire Monterey area. Comfy rooms, plenty of space and mini-kitchen with cooking facilities. Room was a bit dark but otherwise met expectations. Car parking was great. Good breakfast - mix of continental and pre- packaged warm food (e.g. microwave breakfast egg/sausage sandwiches).

Kitchen facilities can be improved with greater variety/range of cooking accessories - utensils, plates, and glasses. Room was a bit dark and dated.

Breakfast was good plenty of options. Our room 119 overlooked the park so was a quiet location. Shower nice and big and plenty of space for us. The surrounding area was beautiful and seemed like a nice neighbourhood. We arrived 3 hours before check in and could Leave our luggage with them as the room wasn’t ready

Single use plastics every morning at breakfast. What a waste. Yes there is a recycling bin there but thats not excuse just plain Eco washing! Get a dishwasher! Room was a bit dark. Bit more lighting would be great.

Stunning location in Pacific Grove about a 10/15 minute walk to one of the best coastal areas I’ve ever visited. Easy parking right outside the apartment. Huge space to stay in.

I can’t understand how you can provide a full kitchen but no way to wash or dry pots properly. The kitchen was falling apart and the oven and dish washer were removed. Not even a tin opener or cork screw provided. With a like more thought and effort this place could be amazing. Poor quality control from such a big company.

Per night cost has doubled in the last 18 months, therefore my stay could only be 1/2 of what I would have preferred. I also prefer the suites with full kitchen since they also do not face the parking lot. The comings and goings of the cars gets noisy around check-in time, but overall fairly quiet.

key card didn't work on the gym door, so I needed to go to the front desk to gain access. Not a problem really, just an inconvenience.

A huge bedroom with a fireplace ,full kitchen and dining area, an enclosed deck (meaning private with a high fence) with chairs and a separate space with a tv and couch in case your husband wants to watch sports! The breakfast was good. Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits and croissants, fresh fruits, yogurt, assorted cereals, juices and coffee. The staff monitoring the breakfast were friendly and attentive to details. You can eat inside, outside in a table by the fountain, in the gazebo, or take it to your room. The property is in a neighborhood just off the 17 Mile Dr road. Convenient to go to Monterey, Pebble Beach, and Carmel.

It was unusual as it was like a former apartment complex so we had the top floor rooms in a condo of 3 storeys. Large clean room, great large shower room, a couple of armchairs, balcony, separate small room with fridge, microwave. Quiet and great location a few min walk from Point Pinos - Pacific Coast, birdwatching, beach. Breakfast available. Avoids the traffic in Monterey with easy access back off the penninsula to the CA1.
