So if you love In-N-Out burgers, it's in the same parking lot. Easy to grab some food on the run. Also right off the freeway so it's pretty conveniently located. The rooms are looking like they were recently remodeled and everything is relatively new which was nice

The staff was not helpful when I was wanting to extend my stay for a few extra days. They were going to make me leave my room. Check out find a place to store my luggage until 4:00 check-in time and I would not be able to get the same room. I have no idea why and there seem to be attitude coming from them. So I simply booked with another hotel instead. It was really the morning stuff. The afternoon stuff seemed perfectly fine . But besides that, it was very nice. The pool was green so you couldn't get in it but otherwise the facilities were well maintained

We had extra trash from 10 days of vacation, & there were multiple outdoor trash cans near our room. The staff was very prompt & helpful - both checking in and checking out.

The La Quinta Inn was very difficult to find; it should never have been given an address on Madison Ave. The signage was pitiful, and the building was behind the In-N-Out Burger which blocked the view from Madison Ave. The breakfast area was very crowded, busy, & noisy. Worse, there was nowhere for us to sit down. Also, the breakfast choices were limited, so we went to Brookfield's Restaurant a couple of blocks west (across I-80); we chose our breakfasts from a complete & varied menu in a quiet and peaceful setting with a very attentive waiter.

My stay was exactly what I was anticipating. Warm and welcome staff. My room was clean and up to date. The shower and bathroom were nice and I loved the position of the room we were given. We were right next to the pool, breakfast, a table to sit outside and I could see my car parked. The pool and hot tub could use a cleaning but it was still refreshing in the evening. For the price point, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Will be staying again in the future. Thankyou!

There was algae in the hot tub and pool and the breakfast was very underwhelming but it did check all the boxes for a nutritional meal and they’re infused water was delicious.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of room for two people and all their luggage. The shower and toilet were separated from the sink and mirror area so there was room for both of us to get ready the next morning. We were on the ground floor and I didn't hear anyone overhead.

The neighborhood is a little busy but it quieted down after about 11. There was a small refrigerator in the room that was buzzing and was pretty loud but was easy to turn off so not a problem since we didn't have anything in it.

We stayed for 5 days right in front of the pool. Hotel and staff were great although housekeeping entered our room without permission to replenish towels and soap and we're pretty private people. But hey, I never had to call the front desk to ask for anything. Breakfast consists of boiled eggs and sausage links or bacon depending on what day of the week, DIY waffles, bagels, oatmeal packets, cold cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt, apples and fountain juices. They also have self serve cucumber mint water available in the lobby for most of the day.

There's no carpet so keep your house slippers on inside the room as the floor is filthy. Only down side is the hotel shares the parking lot with Chik-Fil-A AND In/Out Burger which both have high traffic so it can be difficult to maneuver through. Parking is limited at the hotel but they're a huge parking lot right next door at Skip's Music Store.

The staff was very proficient and accommodating. They went to extra effort to meet our check in needs and during our stay they made sure we were comfortable. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, the pool and Jacuzzi were welcomed benefits, the rooms were easily accessed, and the parking was plentiful. The area was a bit busy but within the grounds we didn't notice any disruptions. The property is easily accessed from Interstate 80 and the surrounding town. We enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were sold out so the common areas were a bit crowded. There were a lot of families so there was a lot going on. We didn't have any difficulties, however, other than the ice machine being out of ice due to high demand.

The television was a nice flat screen on wall but the fact I stayed 3 days I couldn't get you tube or Netflix was crazy and the TV supported both shows because guest before me watched it prior I called front desk twice the woman kept telling me she'll send someone up he did finally come up and he didn't know what to do so that was a bummer so I had to watch whatever was on the TV it was nothing my whole 3 day stay it was crazy I've never experienced nothing like that before and any of other la quinta hotels sacramento north is first I'm shocked.

A bad 3 day stay with a defective television that didn't have you tube or Netflix on it .

Clean rooms, soft bed, strong coffee at breakfast. The place was quiet and the room stayed cool. Close to the freeway and relatively simple in and out. Food in the same parking lot to choose from and many other options within 3 miles. The room was large and the desk and sitting chair were comfortable alternatives to always sitting on the edge of the bed. Good power around that was easily accessible. usb a and c at the desk no block needed. Easy automated check out waffles, sausage, boiled eggs, bagels, yogurt, cereal, toast, coffee, juice

The parking lot entering can be a little crazy as the in n out is very busy. Another fruit option and something besides boiled eggs would help at breakfast. Check in was a little slow, but not terrible, 10 minutes or so.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Our room was clean, and ready when we arrived. After a long drive to get there we were tired , so that was a plus. Maria, Julius, Caren,Lorie, and Michelle were absolutely on point, friendly, and welcoming. The food staff , and cleaning crew were friendly they came every morning to clean our room. The food was delicious yummy 😋🤤.

I didn't like that the room smelled like dog 🐶🐕 when we walked in. I have asthma and had to keep using my inhaler to breathe 😔 😭.

The room was very nice. It was clean and spacious. The bed was extemely comfortable and the black out shade was wonderful. The room was nice and dark, allowing us to sleep well. The counter space at the sink was nice and large.

The bathroom where the toilet and shower were was a little small and the shower head was entirely too low. There was not enough lighting in the room. A ceiling light would have been appreciated. The air conditioning unit sounded like a spaceship trying to take off.
