I know I will stay here in the future; the location is perfect for visiting family. And it is a lovely hotel. I was a bit put off by the response by staff when I requested a late check out, if possible. I am paraphrasing but the sum was: because I booked my room through a third party, they couldn't honor my request. Honestly, telling me it wasn't possible due to volume, etc would have been preferable. Offering rooms through Booking.com is their choice, so why penalize me? I will stay here in the future, and I will once again use Booking.com.

Very nice hotel, beautifully and originally decorated with a musical theme, that you can not only appreciated with the eyes, but also with your ears, as you can borrow vinyls records and vintage guitars. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The adjoining restaurant "The Emporium" proposes delicious food, served by an absolutely lovely staff.

The shower water pressure could be a bit stronger. A breakfast option at the adjoining restaurant would be nice for the hotel residents.

We loved it! Everything was great: fantastic location within walking distance of everything, Clean, modern, cool decor, the bed was super comfortable, sheets felt amazing, room darkening curtains worked great, nice shower head, and I really liked the smell of the body wash & shampoo, etc. Sometimes, it's the little things: it was hot out and when we got to our room it was nice & cool! (So many times, we've gotten to a hotel room & the air is off & you're hot & tired & the room is hot...it's not fun.) The record player in the room was really cool, with records throughout the whole property to borrow - there are even instruments you can check out! The only bad thing is that I wish we had more time to enjoy it (only stayed 1 night), so we'll be back and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

This place was super cool, the records were amazing found a lot of selections we played every morning and every night. The bar on the top was so cool and we went right at sunset so that was amazing, unfortunately the bar downstairs wasn't open when we were there, but it looked cool and the restaurant looked nice but we chose something more local, the location couldn't have been better just chilling in old town and getting our vibe on.

Parking was next door in the lot, so that kind of sucked in the rain, but everything else was very nice. Not anything too negative you can say. Few scratches on the records but you would expect that with the public using them with no accountability.

This hotel is the most beautiful, gorgeous hotel I have stayed at, especially for the price point. I loved that they have record players in each room, and a selection of records to borrow and choose from down in the lobby. The spiral staircase and front lobby are out-of-this-world gorgeous and elegant!! So clean and comfortable, the bathroom was large and beautiful. Staying here with our dog was no problem at all. I loved that they had a parking garage to park in, with an attendant present in the garage. Staying here was a relaxing breeze!

The staff is outstanding The location is fantastic There are record players in the rooms Vinyl checkout in the lobby music room Complementary e-bikes with miles of safe trails Restaurants, bars and coffee shop downstairs Mountain views from many rooms Clean and modern Parking is easy ($20 charge for overnight) 24 hr Fitness room This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Highly recommend it!!!

If you are a light sleeper the windows are very sound resistant to the city noise. There is a lot of action so there could be city noises that could wake you up or a great band jamming until maybe midnight but the rooms are very soundproofed

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Fort Collins. Everything was within walking distance. Staff was super friendly and helpful and rooms were spacious, very clean and nicely decorated as were all the common spaces! Truly a hidden gem (both the hotel and Fort Collins itself)! Parking on the street is free before 10:00 and after 16:00, so if you move around during the day no need to pay for the daily parking fee at the garage (it may be a bit challenging though to find a spot on the street just outside the hotel between 16:00 - 20:00 but then it becomes easier).

Overnight parking at the garage could perhaps been complementary to the price.

We arrived in the early hours and the staff were so accommodating , warm and friendly all the way through our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. While we didn't try the instruments and LPs, we did try the restaurant for brunch and it was delicious. The room was spacious and very cool with the A/C. The A/C is loud if it's on, but that's to be expected. It was easy to turn it up/down/off. The curtains did allow a little light from the patio in, but it didn't bother us as the bed was incredibly comfy! The location is excellent - a few minutes walk from plenty of shops and places to eat/drink.

The location in Old Town Fort Collins is ideal within walking & biking distance to everything I was interested in. I didn't need to drive after I arrived at the hotel & parked in the hotel garage. Instead, I biked all around exploring Fort Collins historic neighborhoods, Historic Old Town with public art, gardens, shops & dining. Just 1 block from hotel & Old Town Square is access to the Poudre River trail system where you can walk &/or bike for miles along the tree-lined river corridor. i brought my own bike & the front desk staff stored it for me in the lobby level Bell Room which was super convenient & secure. I also enjoyed the Boutique hotel vibe, original & creative interior design throughout & especially in the restaurant/ bar- the amazing signature tile floor in the Emporium Bar & Restaurant, the wine collection, the 2nd floor huge outdoor terrace level. Cocktails menu was great. The winding marble staircase is the hotel's centerpiece but not pretentious, just classic & cool. My 2nd stay at the Elizabeth & highly recommend it.

the HVAC in the individual rooms was a bit loud & would wake me up each time it turned on.

Wonderful stay, friendly staff and so accommodating, beautiful decor. The 5th floor Sunset bar with a beautiful view was a relaxing end to an evening. Right in the heart of Fort Collins it was nice walking to shops and restaurants and the entertainment on the plaza. I was traveling with 7 women, the city has a great vibe and felt very safe.
