The family suite was a good size for our family of five. The bedside lighting in the bedroom is very good. The free breakfast was decent, a typical continental breakfast. The location is excellent , close to the two main springs, and there is a Ride Glenwood Springs stop near the hotel.

The bathroom layout is a little inconvenient for a family. The toilet is in a private room, but the shower is in the main bathroom area with the sink. The lighting in the bathroom could have been better.

The breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel breakfast, but the waffles from the waffle bar were exceptional. Also, the beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in.

Someone in the room above us was smoking and it was coming into our room through the air vents so our room smelled like smoke every time we walked in. Also our key card had to be remade 3 times before we could get into our room, but the staff was friendly and were happy to help.

Very clean. Large rooms with great views. Quiet. Good value when compared to other hotels in the area.

Handicap accessible bathroom was good. Maybe there does need to be a cover on the pipes under the sink. The shower could use a secondary on off switch to make it easier to reach for those who can’t stand like myself.

No hot tub or pool.

it was good place for staying, for a couple days it was the best logding option chossen.

The dinner room it was too small, there was not enough tables and chairs for taking breakfast

The beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. Good convenient location.

Pretty expensive for what we got. Staff wasn't friendly. I swear there was a prostitute hanging out in the lobby for hours that I had to walk past with my children! And the receptionist didn't seem to care.

Clean, friendly, beautiful location, very reasonably priced, lots of plugs for electonics, great breakfast room

The bed sloped down on the side I slept on. Parking is a little tight for large trucks.

The hot breakfast was very good and offered lots of different options. Xavier and the front desk was amazing in making sure my guests and I were comfortable.

The price and availability. It was an unplanned stop and the check in and stay were seamless.

The room was really hot when I first got there and needed good airflow to rid the smell, but it was fine after about 20 minutes.

It was a good location, easy to get to and with easy access to everything in town.

More lights in the room would be great
