I really had no complaints for the most part. Breakfast was okay. Your room was great. The location of the hotel was great. For the most part, I was very satisfied.

The only complaint I really had was I believe my room was too close to the elevator. So, there was a lot more noise than I would have preferred. I've stayed at this hotel many times previously and have been very happy with my stay. Overall, I'm still very happy with my stay at the hotel.

We initially went to the place because they had a pool…we just wanted to get away for the night sort of a staycation. We were pleasantly greeted by extremely friendly staff. I loved our patient. They were with the customer on the phone so they’re initial greeting. set the stage for our stay. Our rooms were delightfully large…the beds were comfy. The energy in the hotel felt really nice. Bathrooms were clean. we were extremely comfortable. We had such a lovely time !!! :) ..but surprisingly we never got to swim.lol!!! breakfast was cute. The other guest were friendly.. we will definitely stay again. Enjoy your stay.!!! Good job Best Western!!!

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was under par, same thing every day and not always appealing. The pool was gorgeous but very chilly and didn't use much because of that reason only. I paid more than other places for the pool specially so was quite disappointed.

The staff was extremely courteous and friendly in accommodating any needs, the room was clean, comfortable and reasonably quiet as well as nicely outfitted with basic needs like a fridge and microwave. Definitely would stay here again.

Nothing really. If I had to reach for something, the carpet on the room was a bit dated but really who cares when you have a good room.

Staff were very courteous.

Bed wasn’t as comfortable. We had a person in a wheelchair and room 114 was fully handicapped accessible with grab bars and a roll in shower but the toilet was not ADA height. The bathroom needed a taller toilet.

Room was spacious, up to date and clean.

A $50 deposit for incidentals was required which would be refunded in 5-10 business days; not stated in Booking. Mattress and box spring were not encased to help prevent bedbugs. Breakfast hours were to start at 6AM but did not open until 6:18AM, our next planned activity was hours away. Waiting for breakfast put us on a tighter timetable which wasn’t pleasant.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel was very nice and had a clean pool. The breakfast was included and was excellent. It had scrambled and boiled eggs, 3 different kinds of cereal, sausages, home fries, pastries, bagels, fresh waffles (that you make yourself), coffee, tea, juices, and more. I was impressed. I would definitely recommend and return.

The bed was super comfortable. Firm with a soft topper. There were pillows of varying support, so I think you would find what you like. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a nice assortment. Also, it was quiet and I slept well.

Can't really think of any problems.

I loved the setup and the amount of space in the room. I loved that there was a spa tub available as an option along with having a personal shower. The breakfast was definitely one of my favorites, as all of the food was really well made/prepared and delicious, and nothing was left a mess. The staff and the main person at the front desk check-in, was very accommodating, so I was very pleased with that, as there could've been some slight improvements.

The cleanliness of the room. There were several little black ants all by the spa tub, which was a bit bothersome, as I did not know where they were coming from. The bathroom floor was soaked after each use of the shower, as there is a gap at the bottom of the shower, which I did not feel is necessary, as there was airflow at the top of the shower. Lastly, it seemed as not all of the dressers/nightstands were not wiped down recently, so my boyfriend and I put down wash cloths on the nightstands before putting our personal belongings down on them.
