Location and cleanliness were top notch. enjoyed our breakfast the following morning. Hotel staff were among the best I've encountered.

The hotel is very nice, but it was hard to enjoy ourselves when hundreds of people attending some kind of zoological event were all over the place. Went out for something to eat and there were no parking spaces available for us. We had to ride around until the event ended (approx. 9pm) I know it is also a conference center, but here should be a dedicated parking area for hotel guests only. The hotel staff was tremendous and understood our frustration.

The breakfast was very good and the two ladies keeping it stocked stayed on top of everything, restocked and made sure used tables were quickly cleaned. We loved the pool area and spent most of Saturday there with our large group waiting to cruise the next day.

The slow elevator! It was a long wait. Also, wish there was a local map so we could find our way around. Some of us (oldies) don’t use a GPS with much skill.

The hotel is very nice and clean. We swam and went in the hot tub. The shower in the room felt so good and thankfully there are dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash cause I had forgotten ours. The lady in the breakfast area was so sweet and helpful.

Nothing stood out.

Nice clean modern facility. Friendly & courteous staff members. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean & modern. Breakfast was very good & a nice touch!

Could have used additional electrical outlets on wall near bed. One lamp mounted electrical outlet was worn out & would not support a phone charger. Had to unplug clock to access lamp outlet for phone charging.

The breakfast was amazing. The overall hotel nice.

The pool area was a little bit too dark. The plants around the hot tub is bit too much. Needs more light for safety reasons. Some of the rooms had an old smell.

The staff was amazing on every shift. So kind and helpful. The breakfast was great, only suggestion would be a more kid friendly cereal but most hotels don't offer that. The pool was beautiful and so much fun for my family. Will definitely stay here again.

Washer machine and dryer, really need to upgrade. the smell in hallways and rooms, need to get more fresh air which wasn't good as we can smell the cleaning product and no freash air

Ladies working the cafe area were friendly and the buffet was well stocked even though it was full of customers.

Decor was dated and worn - carpets

Breakfast was good and location was great.

I thought the carpet in my room wasclammy and dirty. It could use a good cleaning.

I will be back i couldn't me and husband couldn't get out of the bed sooooo good 👍 breakfast was awesome we came for a funeral we and a lot of my family was there just awesome. Give u 100.00
