I loved the location of the hotel and breakfast was just ok. The staff was friendly and guy working valet were super courteous and very efficient with bringing the car quickly.

I didn't like that we had to pay for parking. $44 a night is pretty expensive and we were not prepared for that. We stayed 5 nights..whewww. we were celebrating our 1 year marriage anniversary and our oriental hotel booked in April was overbooked and they canceled our room after we arrived after driving 9 hours. So we were placed at your hotel. The pool was a little strange and I sat on the lawn chair and got bitten severely on my back and arms, the pool area did not feel clean. Wish a toilet bowl brush and plunger were available.

We loved the room, we had a huge balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway. The bed was comfortable, we had a separate living area with comfortable furniture, a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. We only stayed one night but could have stayed longer.

The bathroom floor was rather dusty, but not overly so. The really surprising disappointment was the cool reception. Staff seemed very cold and not helpful. The valet was not around for check in and when we called to have the car ready to leave no one answered for 15 minutes at the valet or the front desk. Eventually we called from an outside line and they picked up. Rather nerve wracking when leaving for the airport! Overall we would stay again.

We stayed in a beautiful 1 bedroom suite with a washer/dryer, full kitchen, 3 dining areas and two TVs. The IntracoastalI view from the terrace was amazing! The breakfast was standard but was served in their restaurant which had indoor and outdoor seating with water views. Rooms were spacious and I loved that they provided chairs, umbrellas and towels for the beach which is about a 10 minute walk.

There seemed to be some miscommunication between management and housekeeping. I was first assigned a room that wasn’t clean then my second room had a sheet on the floor. A housekeeper removed sheet immediately but I often had to ask the front desk multiple times for my garbage to be removed or for extra toiletries. Your best bet is to speak to a housekeeper if you need something. Location is off the beaten path so it’s not ideal if you don’t have a car unless you plan to stay in the area. However, you can walk to some restaurants and get around with the city bus and the Circuit car service if you download the app.

The view from our balcony was great. Facing the ocean. The room was spacious. The balcony was our best place to sit. Breakfast is OK. The view from the breakfast room was very nice, facing the water way.

We had been told that the room would be cleaned every other day, which was OK with us. But for the 6 days we stayed there, it was only cleaned once

We arrived very late (3 AM) and were a little discouraged when we saw the neighborhood - everyone was blaming me for booking in a bad area. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. Beautiful lobby, timely valet, spacious rooms, and omg the views from the common areas and the rooms were so spectacular. Once the sun came up, we realized it wasn't a bad area at all, just a weird traffic loop. I booked this location due to its proximity to the restaurant we were going to for my sister's birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. I will DEFINITELY be booking this location again for a family trip.

There was nothing we didn't like. Unfortunately, we had to get on the road and missed brunch, so I can't comment on that, but the continental breakfast was pretty lackluster.

Space, washing machine and tumble dryer. The view from the balcony the staff were really helpful as well and the unexpected free breakfast, it was somewhat limited but very tasty and consistent. All round very good

Pool is large but is in the shade, not a problem in warm weather but not ideal this trip as it was actually quite cold in Fort Lauderdale for a lot of our trip, a lot of the taxi drivers are rip off merchants, we did report this to the hotel as they made the bookings

Views of the Intracoastal canal from our balcony suite.Very comfortable bed.Good breakfast.

We were in a room on the side of the building and there was an EXTREMELY noisy AC unit on the roof of the building below us ,next door.

Not much options for non beef or pork eaters for breakfast And should be more lounging available outside but overall stay was great

The parking way too much after fee to stay there i feel like parking should be included or less thank $35 per night I would like to stay there again but most likely won’t due to outrageous valid parking fees

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Chris, Kim, Towanda, Harris, and I think “Mark” was his name, were all awesome. Our room had a very large balcony with a great view! This was our anniversary trip and we had a nice little surprise in our room.

There was a weird knocking or tapping noise coming either from the floor beneath us or the room next to us which got a little annoying but didn’t ruin our stay.
