Everything. Beds-comfy Room spotless Amenities- pretty good but no small fridge but you can use bathroom sink and fill with ice. Nice sized shower, good water pressure, hot water. TV- not much to watch, and satellite signal was spotty at times. Very convenient being on Ocean Dr. So you can come back to your room easily rather than finding parking, and driving from a distance just to enjoy SoBe (South Beach) USB plugs in wall outlets between beds was a nice touch.

Nothing really. A small fridge would probably fit in some of the rooms between the bed and window and would even create a second "nightstand ". (Not sure how other rooms are laid out.) *** see attached photo Even though it's SoBe, what do you expect, but people coming back to their rooms at 3am were talking very loudly. But....it's south beach. And it was a holiday weekend.

Loved the vibe and all the music. The staff....Victoria was amazing. She was super friendly and helpful!

The rooms were not clean at all. Old spill dripping down the walls to behind the bed, dirty bedding, dirt and dust. The pool is basically non-existent. I'd almost say false advertising. And they even advertise a pool party. Terrible. Thank goodness the beach is across the street though the chairs for the hotel are a long walk away.

Great location, and the staff was awesome! Convenience and location to the beach is second to none. Access to food and shopping is good as well.

There were only two things that I didn't like. First, my vehicle was unable to be Valeted. It was apparently too high, so I needed to park off-site. Secondly, there was a resort fee added to price of the stay. It seems that should have been addressed by booking. So all in all, I had to pay an addition almost 300.00 for parking and fee's.

I liked the location. The beach was excellent too. The hotel is just opposite to the beach. The hotel provides free cycle and free beach chairs for its customers.

The room doesn't have a cofee maker. The hotel offers only 2 bottles of water. The bathroom does not have locking facility. The bathroom does not have the exhaust fan also.

Best location if you wanna hang out at the south beach, and party afterwards! Stuff was friendly and rooms were clean, definitely booking for next year beach party!

Central location. Easy walk to everything

No pool to swim in. ( Party Pool w music so loud your organs hurt) lol doesn’t count for health reasons

Everything, like my previous review. 1 added mention is..Marie, the housekeeping last was incredibly kind!! Brought us fresh towels and chatted with us for a few. Great conversation! Hope to see her here again when we come back

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great location to everything.

The beach chairs you can use and a little walk away, not directly across the street from the hotel. Still a good amenity.

Complimentary drinks the Receptionist was wonderful and very helpful room was very clean

No breakfast served at the hotel and in was offered coffee and croissants at a neighbor establishment...no microwave and fridge in room and the bar staff was a bit rude

It was a comfortable room close to the beach and the heart of South Beach.

The desk staff was very busy and refused to give me a receipt upon check out because I had booked with Booking.com. The valets were not busy and still did not get the car timely even with 1 hours notice.
