This resort is definitely 5 stars plus. The decor is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I highly recommend an ocean view room. Amazing! The private beach is an added bonus. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff and service they provide. They go above and beyond! I was celebrating my 50th and while Slogane was walking us to the restaurant with her beautiful voice sang Happy Birthday. Then at Atlantikos Matthew, Jacques, Julilet, Prince, and Donna sang again and provided excellent service. Iggy who helped set up our chairs on the beach took the time to take a birthday picture and frame it for all of us. The pool staff was absolutely amazing. Thank you to Angel, Michael, and Vicky for making sure we always had drinks and fun! Thank you to the other pool staff as well: Daniela, Mia, and Liz Andrea, and Luis. This was my second visit and once again Juan took amazing care of my sisters and I. Thank you Jaun. The bar staff is absolutely phenomenal. A special thank you to Sergey and Amilacarr for making me feel so special on my birthday. I appreciate you both very much. Thank you to Riley and Carla for your amazing service as well. Dinner at BH Prime was delicious and Carlos provided great service. Rebecca and Laura Ortega at the front desk made sure every day we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay. Laura even went out of her way to get my sister nail glue. Thank you Laura. I apologize if I missed anyone. Every staff member we encounter was fantastic. The resort and beach are beautiful, but the staff is the reason my sisters and I will return. Thank you!

it was a great experience. i like the place and its so clean and amazing view. however the room was not ready when we went there but Ms. Noor keep the waiting time comfortable. she show us the facility’s and introduce the city. big thanks for her

The whole structure of the hotelm the rooms, facilitiesm the staff, everything was just superbe, I was really impressed and totally enjoyed my stay! The breakfast in the restaurant Atlantikos situated right in the hotel had a great range of choice, wether choosing from the menu or having the buffet. There also was staff and personnel taking care of plates and requested dished who were very kind and professional!

There was a lot of air condition, but that could be easily solved when in the room by turning it off or by sitting outside while eating at a restaurant

This is a beautiful hotel perfectly located right on the beach. The staff though make this hotel absolutely amazing. They were attentive and went above and beyond!

Everything was clean and Rebecca was fantastic and professional. They even send us cupcakes to celebrate our honeymoon

The only available parking was valet and the hotel charges about $58/night to park, and this is on top of the charges for staying at the hotel. It should be included.

This is a go to with my wife. We were upgraded to an amazing suite and had an incredible time. Even had the kids come for a day
