We loved our host, Roberto. He was kind, helpful and quickly available throughout our stay since he did not live onsite. He upgraded us to a two bed room and it was nice to have the extra space. The bathroom was perfectly clean. Parking our SUV was tricky in their very tight front lot spaces, but it worked out and all felt safe and secure. Breakfast was lovely on the back patio and included many options. We had full use of the house kitchen and appliances, but did not need them for our quick overnight stay. The location was great with walking distance to south beach and other nearby restaurants and shops.

I really loved the location. It is a quieter area of South Beach but within walking distance to everything - restaurants and shopping. Stefano and the 2 ladies that looked after us were great. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and we were there for a week. Breakfast was amazing. We had everything that we wanted and the bed was super comfortable. Normally when travelling the bed is never really that great but the bed that we has was so comfortable. It was also very clean. Would stay here again when next in South Beach once there is availability.

Nothing. I liked everything and I'm fussy. We were there for a week so if the hosts and facilities were not good we would not have had such a good stay. So would highly recommend.

Fabulous location . 15 min walk to the beach - South Beach on your doorstep . Quiet and safe location . Hospitable and friendly host .

The property and room were very clean, with nice staff and very good breakfast. It was great as well to have a parking lot inside of the property (although it is just for 2 cars - but it is possble to park on the street, I guess). Having brealfast together with other guests was very nice too as we could exchange travel tips, etc. The location was nice, however the beach is about a 15 min walk.

Overall we liked everything. Just for little improvement, the lady responsible for the breakfast could check more frequently if there was still enough coffee for everyone.

Everything was great! From the day we came we were met warmly by one of the hosts. We had complete breakfast, although we did not know we have , and when I say complete, trust me, it was the most complete breakfast I’ve had in the US. We had to change the rental car and they managed to help up to registrate another car for the parking area and didn’t requested any money for us, so they also handle everything about parking. The house was really cosy, the owners were very friendly and the lady from Columbia who prepared breakfast was very nice and respectful to us. Not to mention is at 10 min walk from Miami Beach and 10 min by car to Miami downtown. For sure we will come back here next time in Miami. Grazie mille!🙏🏻

Stefano, who was waiting for us, explains everything, whatever is needed, when you are in the new place.  Moreover, he is very helpful if you have any problem finding out something in the Miami Beach area.  The room we got was big enough for 2 people with  huge and comfy 1 bed with access to kitchen in which you can cook if you need so.  The breakfast was with a different option to choose.  Whatever you prefer to eat, between nice tourists. Having great conversation.  But the most important during the very hot days.  The room was located in the shadow area. So you can have a cool rest from the 🌞.   Overall, It was a good choice for my USA trip

A really nice alternative to swanky South Beach Hotels or overpriced Collins Avenue/Ocean Drive tourist traps.Very personal and attentive family style service from the host Ivone and his hardworking team. Nothing is ever too much of a problem. Rooms are clean and comfy and the communal space (dining tables +kitchen) is big enough for their maximum occupancy of three rooms so that when its not possible to eat the varied and nicely cooked hot breakfast outside, 6 or more people can in the inside space. As it was raining every other day during our stay, it worked perfectly! Good to note that it is also possible to cook lunch or dinner in the communal kitchen, as long as you leave the kitchen as spotless as you found it! Very quiet and safe neighbourhood, close to Walgreens Supermarket (4 min walk) and Alton Road for restaurants and a few coffee places. For a bit of morning fitness, Flamingo park or Muscle beach, 7min away. Within 5' of 2 bus lines (Alton Road: or 5th Street bus stops) to get you to downtown Miami.

Front right handside gate of the property/villa has a ring which doesn't seem to work so we had to call the host/Ivone to let us in). That can be a problem if you have a foreign sim card or data only global sim card. Lower floor room (San Marco) is not very well soundproofed, so you can easily hear all the ongoing breakfast activity outside your room door from 8.30am and the aircon unit outside kicking in every 15' at night.You can also hear every step/move of the upstairs wooded floor room occupant(s).That was a minor inconvenience though as everyone was respectful of each others.

The location was perfect-quiet neighborhood but easy 10 min walk to the beach or to another restaurant area in the opposite direction. Easy in and out access at your own schedule. The host was super friendly, just a wonderful attentive guy, and surprised us with an upgrade to their upstairs room with a private balcony. Loved being out there in the early mornings and evenings, enveloped in the green of the trees of the backyard patio area. Guests could use anytime a beautiful full kitchen if they wished. The breakfast was good. The host even packed us a breakfast bag for our last morning when we had to leave early for a flight.

I'm struggling to come up with something... The water pressure in the shower is on the low side and it takes a while for the water to warm up. There doesn't seem to be a lot of insulation in the walls so you could hear your neighbors come up and down on the stairs. Nothing significant...

It was my pre/post Cruise stay in Miami. If you want to be in the heart of South Beach and at the same time have a good sleep in the silent surroundings-this is the perfect place. Breakfast was so good, served in a very nice inner courtyard.My room has a small patio too, where I enjoyed my two dinners ( from Whole Foods, which is only 5 minutes away). Fresh air and mosquito nets were a bonus😀. You start feeling like at home from the very first steps. If you travel with a company of 6, the whole house can be at your disposal.

Very nice villa property. It is a very relaxed environment, no stress just happiness and good vibes. The bedroom is nice, all the property is furnished to a high standard. The seating area downstairs and out in the garden is very relaxing and comfortable. I could spend more time here. The breakfast is very good, the lady was very friendly serving the breakfast. The staff here are very helpful. The other guests I met were very welcoming and friendly. Location is ideal, walk a short distance to everything you need.

I am happy with the place.
