We loved our host, Roberto. He was kind, helpful and quickly available throughout our stay since he did not live onsite. He upgraded us to a two bed room and it was nice to have the extra space. The bathroom was perfectly clean. Parking our SUV was tricky in their very tight front lot spaces, but it worked out and all felt safe and secure. Breakfast was lovely on the back patio and included many options. We had full use of the house kitchen and appliances, but did not need them for our quick overnight stay. The location was great with walking distance to south beach and other nearby restaurants and shops.

We stayed here for one night as a family with two kids and absolutely loved it! The villa is beautiful, and the room we rented was spotless, very tidy, and cozy. The host is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Free parking is an amazing bonus in this area — it’s almost impossible to find! The breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to the day. The value for the price is well over 100% — you truly get more than you pay for. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Miami Beach! Highly recommended.

I really loved the location. It is a quieter area of South Beach but within walking distance to everything - restaurants and shopping. Stefano and the 2 ladies that looked after us were great. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and we were there for a week. Breakfast was amazing. We had everything that we wanted and the bed was super comfortable. Normally when travelling the bed is never really that great but the bed that we has was so comfortable. It was also very clean. Would stay here again when next in South Beach once there is availability.

Nothing. I liked everything and I'm fussy. We were there for a week so if the hosts and facilities were not good we would not have had such a good stay. So would highly recommend.

The property and room were very clean, with nice staff and very good breakfast. It was great as well to have a parking lot inside of the property (although it is just for 2 cars - but it is possble to park on the street, I guess). Having brealfast together with other guests was very nice too as we could exchange travel tips, etc. The location was nice, however the beach is about a 15 min walk.

Overall we liked everything. Just for little improvement, the lady responsible for the breakfast could check more frequently if there was still enough coffee for everyone.

Everything was great! From the day we came we were met warmly by one of the hosts. We had complete breakfast, although we did not know we have , and when I say complete, trust me, it was the most complete breakfast I’ve had in the US. We had to change the rental car and they managed to help up to registrate another car for the parking area and didn’t requested any money for us, so they also handle everything about parking. The house was really cosy, the owners were very friendly and the lady from Columbia who prepared breakfast was very nice and respectful to us. Not to mention is at 10 min walk from Miami Beach and 10 min by car to Miami downtown. For sure we will come back here next time in Miami. Grazie mille!🙏🏻

Stefano, who was waiting for us, explains everything, whatever is needed, when you are in the new place.  Moreover, he is very helpful if you have any problem finding out something in the Miami Beach area.  The room we got was big enough for 2 people with  huge and comfy 1 bed with access to kitchen in which you can cook if you need so.  The breakfast was with a different option to choose.  Whatever you prefer to eat, between nice tourists. Having great conversation.  But the most important during the very hot days.  The room was located in the shadow area. So you can have a cool rest from the 🌞.   Overall, It was a good choice for my USA trip

It was my pre/post Cruise stay in Miami. If you want to be in the heart of South Beach and at the same time have a good sleep in the silent surroundings-this is the perfect place. Breakfast was so good, served in a very nice inner courtyard.My room has a small patio too, where I enjoyed my two dinners ( from Whole Foods, which is only 5 minutes away). Fresh air and mosquito nets were a bonus😀. You start feeling like at home from the very first steps. If you travel with a company of 6, the whole house can be at your disposal.

The location was perfect-quiet neighborhood but easy 10 min walk to the beach or to another restaurant area in the opposite direction. Easy in and out access at your own schedule. The host was super friendly, just a wonderful attentive guy, and surprised us with an upgrade to their upstairs room with a private balcony. Loved being out there in the early mornings and evenings, enveloped in the green of the trees of the backyard patio area. Guests could use anytime a beautiful full kitchen if they wished. The breakfast was good. The host even packed us a breakfast bag for our last morning when we had to leave early for a flight.

I'm struggling to come up with something... The water pressure in the shower is on the low side and it takes a while for the water to warm up. There doesn't seem to be a lot of insulation in the walls so you could hear your neighbors come up and down on the stairs. Nothing significant...

Property is in a great location (5 min walk to Publix, 15 min walk to South Beach), neighborhood is quiet. Rooms are also very clean, bathrooms are great, and the host is very kind and welcoming

The walls are pretty thin so we could hear the family next to us come in and talk in their rooms. These units are more like if you got an Airbnb for a room in a house, so be aware of that. It made it hard to sleep and to get a real sense of privacy when you know that people can hear you talk in your own room.
