Varied breakfast that included eggs and meat. Breakfast room had plenty of tables and led out to the pool area if you wanted to eat outside. There were gluten free bagels in wrap. The waffles were made by staff and were always ready. The pool area was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. We received housekeeping service every day.

This is common in Florida hotels, but our room smelled damp. It wasn’t musty though. They need to work on the walls and ceiling around the shower. The rug along the elevators needed to be cleaned.

Breakfast has eggs sausages yogurt danish muffins bagels,,fruit only oranges. Juice,coffee, tea. . The room is big and the bed is comfortable .people who works there are very friendly . Every floor has a washer machine and dryer . $1,50 each

The beds were very comfortable. I also like that the pool was open 24 hrs. The location is perfect! We took the free shuttle to Disney' and saved on the parking fee.

It was nice that the old town and nearby restaurants were within walking distance. There were a lot of family tourists, and the outdoor hot top was great for relieving the fatigue of the day. Also, I was satisfied with the morning breakfast.

The water pressure in the toilet was a bit weak and the shower was fixed so it was a bit uncomfortable.

Very quick to fix the problem we had with the ac. They changed our room within a couple of hours of letting them know we had issues with it.

Pool is open 24 hrs; ice machine is working . Towels were always available. Nice location.

I was told the gym is open 24 hours but I tried to go to the gym at 2300H and was told it was closed and the guy at the front desk can’t do anything about it. WiFi was down during our last day and was not fixed until we left. The lift/elevator is slow leading to long waits. Comfort suites Coffee not available 24 hours unlike comfort inn Kissimmee by the parks in which has coffee available 24 hours. Garbage not collected immediately and has been in the bin for 2 days.

BREAKFAST WAS OK, THE EATING AREA WAS BIG FOR MY SPECTATION AND THE VARIATION OF FOOD LOCATION WAS OF THE HOTEL IS GREAT VERY CENTRICAL . ROOMS SPACIUS BIG , MATRESS AND PILLOW VERY LOW QUALITY,SAME FOR THE MATRESS IN THE SOFA.

ROOM SERVICES ,VERY POOR IN MY OPINION, REQUEST A 2 EXTRA TOWELS , ONLY RECEIVE 1, AT THE NEXT DAY, THE DO NOT CHANGE TOWELS AND I STEEL NEED ONE MORE, I LEFT THE BEDS UN MAKE ONE DAY, THEY DID MAKE IT, A LITTLE CHANGES IN ROOM SERVICESROCEDURES WILL BE A GOOD BENEFIT FOR THE HOTEL AND FOR THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE ROOMS

We have stayed here 3 times we like the location cleanliness of the room housekeeping always offering clean towels and toiletries during our stay, staff is friendly with the exception of the breakfast staff they look like they wish people would just stop eating the food you almost feel bad standing there waiting for items to be replenished as mentioned this our 3rd time staying here but this time we notice how they’re has downgraded with less options no fresh fruit, juice pastries, etc. just less compared to other years but nonetheless I can over look this and suck it up and would stay again.

Breakfast

Excellent breakfast. Walk distance to a variety of places to eat. "Fun America" park and a mini-golf court are next to the hotel.

I like that they had a variety of things to eat. Some of the breakfast staff were not as friendly but the breakfast itself was good. The location was a 10–12-minute drive from everything. The only downfall was the drive from the airport was a toll but that is not the motel's fault. There was plenty of parking and very close to the night life.

There was a small amusement park across the street and from time to time we could hear the roller coaster going.
