The location to restaurants and variety of food, even open late night, the shuttle was awesome back & forth to the World Center for Chosen Con, and the friendly, helpful staff was a plus. I enjoyed the comfortable bed with all the nice pillows. Even my view to the pool was beautiful. I will definitely be back soon. I didn't go to any of the amusement parks, but they are very close to this hotel. So that's also an extra plus if you're coming with family or children to go to disney world.

The free wifi was terrible but I really wanted to play my vr so I got the enhanced wifi for $6.99 but I did like that you could have streaming services on the TV, so if you signed in, you were able to watch amazon prime.

We loved the location and the ability to get on the shuttle to Disney and be picked up on our time. We loved the pool, and the beds were super comfortable. We really enjoyed our week at this hotel. Having a food hall and playground right there was super convenient, as well as the restaurants that were close by that were walking distance. We were impressed by what this hotel offers during your vacation. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

We didn't like you had to pay for your breakfast, and you literally could walk across to the other hotel and have free breakfast, and they are all the same hotels. It doesn't make sense, but we just went to the other hotel for breakfast. If u made breakfast free like the other hotel it be alot better.

Room was clean staff was friendly

Pool needs to have repairs of broken tile and pressure cleaned plus grout missing in a lot of spots. Outside spa needs the same work done plus we were unable to get timer for jets to work Several outdoor patio chairs need to be replaced. We booked a balcony room and the door was rigged to not open to the patio. Not sure why it was listed as a balcony room. Yogurt in the breakfast selection would have been nice

Pool was cold and the spas didn’t work

The front desk staff were super friendly when I arrived and also when I checked out very early in the morning. Room service attendant was always pleasant.

The staff in the food hall seemed preoccupied with their own issues and it took forever for a staff member to acknowledge I was there and wanted to place an order. The guests in the food hall were very rude. I sat at a table to eat my dinner the night of my arrival and family just sat down at my table didn't even ask if it was ok. I was trying to enjoy my meal in peace. The son was throwing a major temper tantrum about not being able to buy something. So I packed up my food and left.

Place was close to everything and good access to the highway.

Parking fee was a bit much at $22.00/night. The charges were not explained clearly by the staff. Continually charging $1 to my card. Stayed an additional night and paid outright and was charged the whole amount again which was already “held” on another card. Too much of a hassle for a vacation.

I like that breakfast was available and we had the discount card that we use toward it. I liked all the common areas that we could use since we were there with a large family. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were very disappointed that the hot tub was not HOT. Hated the air conditioners blowing at you in the hall and that the hallway was hot. Some family members were woken up early on the weekend mornings. I understand work needs to be done but a Saturday or Sunday morning is unacceptable.

The curtains made the room Pitch dark so we were able to sleep in. I am handicapped and the room was large. We went to The Food & wine Festival so we did not eat at the hotel but looked at the Breakfast Buffet It was very nice. The pool also looked inviting but too cold for Florida people like us. The weather was glorious but in the evening dropped to the high 60's. Overall our experience was wonderful. We will stay there again.

We were on the ground floor and did not have a balcony.

The location is amazing, close to the parks, stores and restaurants. The main pool is also very nice and well maintained. They have a Starbucks inside the hotel which is a good alternative if you don't want to pay for the hotel breakfast. In general, the hotel was clean and staff was nice.

Rooms are very small (and we stayed in the biggest room they have). The second pool seems to do not be well maintained. The hotel in general had an update in the lobby and rooms, but you see in general this is an old hotel.

We had an exceptional 10 days stay at the hotel. The personnel went above and beyond our expectations! The hotel is clean, has a lot of amenities. The pool is great, clean and has a nice sundeck. We also used the gym which has nice equipment, the free towels were a great plus! The shuttle buses to the WDW resort and to Universal are really convenient, easy to get food delivered as well. The room was cleaned every day, the cleaning staff was really nice too! Honestly, I would come back again if there's a chance!
