Perfect Location to all the Disney parks - added bonus of having a free shuttle. The Hotel was large and despite the high number of guests, it never felt crowded.. Staff were amazing especially K, Sean and Aamir. Always smiling and always ready To assist. The hotel Facilities were brilliant.

Housekeeping was poor. Beds were never done. Bathroom never cleaned. Had to ask reception about the housekeeping policy and procedure but still the rooms were never cleaned. Could do with more shuttle buses as they were overly crowded and difficult to access and sit with small children and pushchairs.

We loved the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. We loved how friendly and happy all of the staff were. THIS IS SUPER IMPORTANT TO US We loved the convenience of the shuttle We loved our room - it was clean and quiet. We loved the overall ambiance of the place.

Gluten free options, for instance gluten free bun for lunch or bread for toast DESSERT: I would like to suggest an ice cream machine or cookie tray to be added with the dinner buffet perhaps instead of the free drinks. The free alcohol drinks were great but since it's Disney and full of children and families less emphasis should be on alcohol if it comes down to budget - go for something cool and refreshing like an ice cream dispenser. I've seen this at other hotels and it's always a bit hit. HOT TUB: I would like to suggest child restrictions on the hot tub after a certain time so adults can enjoy it more. For instance: from 9:00 pm - 11:00 pm adults only in hot tub. It made it hard for us to relax with kids splashing and jumping in it.

Great location, very freindly staff, park early entrance is a great perk. Also, the ease of having complimentary breakfast and evening snacks/dinner is amazing!

If I had to say one thing, I’d ask for the evening snacks to last a little longer, or to end a little bit later, even if it meant starting it a little later.

We stayed 9 nights and enjoyed every day. The room was basic but very comfortable and clean. The pool area was the best. Very large pool and hot tub. Very clean. Breakfast was the same everyday. There is something for everyone. The nightly kickback was good, salad, hot dogs, soup and nachos and cheese was every night with the mains changing daily. Chicken, tacos, Mac n cheese, fried rice and egg rolls to name a few. Soda and juices. They also provided each adult with up to 3 free alcohol beverages a night, my rum/coke were very weak. Daily bus provided to the 4 theme parks as well as Disney Springs. I would definitely stay here again

Everything, from the room to the pool the kickback,breakfast, shuttle and the convenience of having an area if you wanted to have groceries delivered and left is ideal and fantastic. Very clean and daily service is great any staff I dealt with were extremely helpful and nice so hats off to them. Loved our stay and will most definitely be looking at a return asap. Special mention to Joe who drives the shuttle buses he made my kids day almost like the best of friends and when leaving was a sad day! an absolute gentleman!

I loved the location, it made me feel safe especially when there’s cops throughout the road due to the fact I have a child. Super close to Disney Springs! It is located in the middle of everything such as the theme parks and I-Drive. The hotel offered 3 FREE alcoholic drinks, they also had free breakfast and a kickback which was snack food. The staff was friendly and able to answer all our questions. Check-in and checkout was quick and easy. They had a pool and jacuzzi. They also had a bar inside the lobby where you can order food. They had a mini market everything was open pretty late which is awesome just in case you get hungry in the middle of the night or you realize you forgot something, you can just walk down there they won’t have everything but just the essentials

My wife and I have stayed at the Drury previously and knew we would come back again, unfortunately this Saturday morning 11/4/23 my wife suffered a massive heart attack in our room. The staff was amazing and concerned. I can't say enough about them. Thank you

Everything!!! From the warm greetings of the front desk staff, (Adam, Sean, Brae (sp), and one other woman didn't get her name but she is light skin with beautiful freckles). The amazing view from our room, the cleanliness of everything and everywhere in the hotel. The housekeepers were nice and kind when we asked for more washcloths etc. We prefer to reuse our towels abd just replace our hand towels/washcloths to reduce waste. The quick and efficient, staff in the dining area was on point with restocking food, cleaning/clearing tables, cleaning up any messes made and grabbing dirty dishes before you can put them in the bin. Izzy, who is a manager in training (MIT), checked in with us about our stay and she had great recommendations on rides at Hollywood Studios. She was also informative on new locations opening up, adding to our list of future vacation stays! Her passion about her career at Drury had me wanting to work for the company! She was very kind and personable. Then there's Miguel and Johnathan, they totally made our day every time we got to interact with them. Johnathan makes the BEST kiddie cocktails!! His presentation on my tequila sunrise had people coming from tables away to inquire about what I was drinking. Both of these amazing men made not only me and my family feel special, they make everyone feel special. ❤️ I love how they focused on the guest in front of them, it made people feel comfortable and not rushed. They genuinely cared about what I was saying and always curious about my day and what rides we rode at the park each day. At every Drury we have loved our stay and there's been great staff as well. However, this is now our FAVORITE location and we never want to leave. Thank you all staff for taking care of everyone with your patience, kindness, and taking pride in your work. You all made our first stay in Orlando amazing!! 🫂 💖 P.S.
