Love love LOVE the pools, atmosphere, and activities here. Great place for families with kids of all ages. There’s two large pools, two spas, a splash pad, a water park area, and even a completely sunshade covered kiddie pool area. The amenities alone will be what brings us back

The location of our room was not great. We were at the complete end of the building, the room in front of a stairwell. The noise from the stairs and people going up and down kept me up a lot at night.. I’m talking like 11pm-3am 🥲 Another issue was the mini fridge in our room didn’t work well. Next time I will be sure to ask for a better room location away from stairs since I am a light sleeper.

We had a great stay at this resort! The location is perfect—just a short drive to major attractions like Universal Studios and SeaWorld, which made it super convenient for our family. The resort itself is very spacious and ideal for families. There was a full itinerary of activities to keep everyone entertained, and the kids especially loved the two pools and splash pads. It was nice having options for both relaxation and fun right on the property. Overall, it's a great spot for a family vacation. We’d definitely come back!

During my recent stay at this resort, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to basic guest needs, particularly regarding room preparation. We were using the sofa bed, but there were no extra linens available. I called the front desk to request sheets, a blanket, and a pillow. While they did bring a blanket and pillow, the pillow came without a pillowcase, and no sheets were provided. For a resort that markets itself on comfort and quality, proper sanitation and preparation should be a priority—especially when it comes to sleeping arrangements. Every guest bed, including sofa beds, should be fully outfitted with clean and complete linens.

It was a lot of fun for the family

Lots of unauthorized charges which they did find out was from the party in our room before us. Lots still charged to my card so waiting to see what actually comes off and what doesn’t. Just frustrating to have to deal with.

There was a surprise Hawaiian dance show and fire-breathing performance upon our arrival. It was super cool. The pools at the property are absolutely perfect for toddlers. They also have playground and mini golf. The entire property is beautiful. The apartment was clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and truly sweet with our kid. They gave him a little rubber duck that made him grin ear to ear for the rest of the night. The most thoughtful idea at the property is that they provide complimentary life jackets to use at all pool areas.

Clean, convenient. Staff was very friendly. Pools were very clean and fun for the kids. Everything is conveniently located at the resort and in walking distance. Lots of activities and things to do.

Air conditioning in our unit was not working properly even after maintenance was in to fix it. The unit was warm and very humid and made sleeping uncomfortable. Would not go below 74/75 despite being set at 66-68. Second food option/bar was not open which limited options.

Everything was great, everyone was happy, my children loved staying at the hotel for the day as much (if not more) than going to the theme parks! The bar/food staff were fantastic. We would love to return.

Everything was perfect, there wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. It would be good if the toilers in the room had a toilet brush.

Great size of a 2 bedroom villa, nicely decorated and clean. Kitchen fully equipped. Nice pools.

Staff in the Key House need to smile more and show more enthusiasm when greeting customers. We stayed in 4 hotels during our trip in Florida and only here, the reception staff seemed miserable and not happy in their roles.

It was beautiful clean spacious this kids absolutely loved it the pool were great just prefect flowers everywhere I loved this property and will be planning future trips🥰

Loved the facilities, they are truly fantastic and rival a Disney property. But it really was the staff! The staff is even friendlier than a Disney property and far superior to ANY Marriott vacation club we've visited in the country including the Royal Palms which we stayed at previously. The family activities, games, and kids club were top-notch. Your activities director is a remarkable leader which shows from planning and executing to recruiting the right people. The property GM must have excellent training, policies and recruiting in place as well as staff retention. I do not know how the service exceeds that of Disney at every touchpoint, but there is really something special going on at your Harbour Lake property. We are DVC members and the Harbour Lake experience has us thinking about selling DVC and joining the Marriott Vacation Club.

Our suite did not include in-room laundry. That is the ONLY thing that did not meet our expectations.

Beautiful resort, it has many amenities and a peaceful place for families . Furnishings are very nice, new, and the unit was comfortable.

Carpets need to be cleaned. Walls and trim need a little TLC. Parking very tight overnight.
