Mavens in the game room helped us a lot. Such a nice guy and made our visit more enjoyable. The staff were all friendly. The pool had a bar. The kitchenette in room had plates, cups, cutlery, a toaster, coffemaker, fridge, and microwave.

Everything was pricey so I don't think I'll stay again. **Resort fees added to charge don't include the water park.** Tons of pools but nothing special between each one, it's just a sprawling resort. I didn't love getting a Timeshare invitation call asking me to come to the lobby. They weren't pushy but they were too salesy. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Game room was expensive and croissant from breakfast cafe was nuked in microwave and inedible.

The bathtub and the balcony were amazing. I really liked that they put a screen on the balcony to reduce bugs. Perfect spot to eat breakfast or dinner.

I didn't like the parking. The parking stalls were to close together and there wasn't enough of them. After a long day at the theme parks we would try to find parking in-front of our building, but had to park in the parking garage at the front of the property and either walk to our room or wait for a shuttle.

Great location and lots to do.

-One bartender at Treasure Cove Waterpark on Saturday afternoon. This lady was by herself fixing drinks, taking food orders, and serving food. Too overwhelming! The same thing was for another female bartender, who was at the Drafts. It actually took her so long to fix me a Blue Hawaiian that I just left. Plus other people came in after me and were treated with priority. Always should have 2 employees working at these locations. Thanks

I love the different water parks as well as having a local store near by us for any needs we might’ve had. Our suite was near everything walking distance which was a plus being that we didn’t have a rental car.

I didn’t like that we had to pay 50 dollars to enter the water park. I feel that we should have free access even being a guest and not an owner. Makes us travelers feel less than. We flew in from Cleveland. We should at least have had a discount

Jessica was the best she went above and beyond for me. I have no complaints from the front desk. And the cleanness of the villa .

Before I could even check out I was putting stuff in the car downstairs and when I came up the cleaning crew was in the kitchen in our food eating and opening our stuff. It was clear we were not ready done with everything due to our bags still being there.

What I didn’t like was the fact that you had to pay extra to get into the water park area I really would think that would be included in the resort also the paddle boat I just didn’t understand that.

On day 1, they did not have the studio villa that I have made reservation, so they gave me a studio. On day 2 at 4:00 pm I was provided with the room that have reserved earlier. Except for that hiccup, everything else was wonderful

I would have appreciated if the room that I reserved was offered to me earlier rather than giving it to me on day 2

The only negative thing I thought about the property was that all the fun stuff that is in house, (water park, putt putt, bike rentals, and paddle boats) close at 6pm. It doesn’t get dark until 9. But other than that, it was great!

Location, comfort cleanliness.

Parking!!! Spots should be labeled for each unit (1 spot per unit) everything else first come first served. Half of the spots were taken up by staff golf carts, too many unused handicap spots!

The amenities and the staff were wonderful. The room was impeccable. I brought my daughter and her fiance and we had an amazing time!!! We even extended our trip an extra day. Thank you to the staff that made the trip great. It was also just a short taxi ride to The Pointe.

There was nothing negative to say about our visit.
