Ample space for my hubby and I! My hubby was able to watch his sports, and I was able to put my feet up and catch up on some work in another room.

Breakfast. There were no other breakfast meat options except pork. The milk was left on the counter. It's ok to leave the milk on the counter but place the container in ice to keep the milk cold. It was difficult with traffic, getting in and out of the hotel to get food. Even walking can be a little tricky due to traffic. It would be nice if the hotel had a shuttle to transport guests.....for free.

I like the hotel every much, It was great and comfortable. The breakfast was great every morning.

I had problem with the TV. I feel that the hotel should get better TV and connection. I like to watch TV when I stay at a hotel. But I always had to wait to get the TV to go on. Had to play with the remote control. I also feel that they should make a time for when House keeping should enter the room. House keeping came into my room right after I got the room. I was in the room and she walk into the right. She did not knock on the door. She open the door and walk in. Then on the day that I was going to leave the room. It was about 10 in the morning, she walked into the room. Thank God I was dress. House keeping need to knock on the door before entering the room. Get permission to enter the room before going into the room if the person is inside the room.

Most of staff was nice and helpful property was clean room was 90% clean.

Breakfast was not good. Muffins very dry stale. Toilet had some hair on it, which I informed front desk when checking out on 25th of August. Also told them to have bathroom door checked it squeaked opening and closing it. Beds were hard, which is not a bad thing just not my liking. My husband loved the bed.

The room was clean, and breakfast was a buffet style. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I checked out the next day as they had no rooms available for the that night. However, I was told they would have a room the following night. I reserved a room for two more nights. Unfortunately, the staff did not do anything with the information.

The Staff for BREAKFAST was Awesome, and Courteous. Even with the heavy flow of people ~ She still balance the shortage of FOOD. Meaning ~ she kept the food restock without long delays. The Desk Clerk was Courteous, and Professional. When I had questions ~ she was able to help resolve them.

I was pleased in all areas

the room was very clean no issues as far as how the beds were prepared in the room was looking it was nice

some of the staff was cold but not on a bad way . it was a bit expensive for my need

I want to give an extra special thanks to Shenaaz. She went out of her way to help me get logged onto a zoom call with my family members. It added a very nice memory of our trip to Tampa.

Staff was friendly. The location is great. mostly comfortable and pretty clean. the A/C worked great,

When I woke up I noticed an additional random charge of 205.00 that came from the hotel,after already paying at check in, luckily it was declined because I didn’t approve it. The bathroom was a little too small for two people, but other than that it was ok

Everything was great.

I have a problem with the deposit refund, it hasn't arrived yet and that worries me. Breakfast closes very early, we are on vacation and it would be great if it was until at least 10:30

Breakfast area was setup perfectly and the food was very good. The hotel was meet all of our needs.

I'm not sure anything could have been better except having a longer vacation.
