Large. Comfortable room, quick check-in. We only slept there so did not use any of the restaurants or bars

For a hotel called " Concourse" guests need to know that it is a seven minute shuttle bus ride from the domestic terminals and arrivals at the international terminal need to take a bus to the domestic ones to get to the hotel bus This was pretty smooth but I felt misled as I had believed from the name that the hotel is attached to the terminal. Note the first bus of the day is 4.20am. This sounds early until you know there are flight departures well before 6.00am.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to the airport which was a big plus .

The hotel nickel and dimes you to death to the point where it was no longer a bargain . 25 dollars up charge for a room with air conditioning??? seriously I have never been charged for air conditioning, this is the south in summer, air conditioning is a must and is a given in every hotel here. Also 25 for internet or join their rewards program ( I just used my data), 25 per person for continental breakfast that wasn’t that great and is free in every other hotel in the country . Things like bottled water and snacks were 10 x the price of a convenience store, and last but not least , pay for parking ? are you kidding ? By the time you tack all the up charges and fees on to your bill it’s double the price you thought you were paying .

Stayed here due to a missed connecting flight. Don't usually expect much more than a place to sleep for the night when it comes to hotel airports, but this was actually a pretty decent hotel by any standard. Complimentary coffee in the lobby and room. Nice lounge areas for working. Cool layout with glass elevators. Satisfactory restaurant and bar. Comfortable room. Very flexible and fairly priced late checkout rates. A convenience store. Adequate, but small fitness center. The runway view was a nice feature too, without too much noise from the planes disturbing you.

My only complaint was that there are two Renaissance hotels in the area. I asked two information decks in the airport how to reach the renaissance concourse hotel, and both directed me to the wrong one. I then needed to get a $25 uber to the correct one - frustrating at 11pm when you've been travelling for many hours...apparently this happens a lot, so perhaps more warning in the booking process would help mitigate this.

Room was extremely comfortable and clean. The bed was a dream. Closeness to the airport and free shuttles were a big plus. Staff were wonderful. They went the extra mile for us. The shuttle drivers were extremely helpful. Everyone was so very upbeat. That just made our stay even better. Even the Bar and Grill staff. We were meeting our son, coming in from Guam via Hawaii with his dog. Both were frazzled and tired. We needed to take his dog back with us. We needed shuttle pet allowance information, which the desk staff quickly called and provided. Everything went perfectly. So many good people.

There was only one drawer which was not really horrible for our stay, however, any more than an overnight stay may have been inconvenient. Also, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom causing everything to become very damp post shower. We learned to leave the bathroom door open, which could be inconvenient for some.

The view from our room overlooking the airport was incredible! It was really entertaining to see all of the activity going on just outside the hotel. The windows kept the noise out to our liking, but you could still hear the planes coming and going. If this bothers you, then consider staying on the other side of the hotel. The bar was wonderful, and we loved our breakfast buffet meal!

Free parking would have been nice, but we understand that paid parking is fairly standard for this type of hotel. We did have a slight wait for room service, but this was during a busy time when a large event was about to begin. A quick call to the front desk handled our order!

The hotel is elegant and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfy, and the view was fantastic if you are on a higher floor to see out over the city.

Their website has no instructions on how to get from the airport to the hotel. We found that they had a shuttle off of Trip Advisor. Afterward, the airport shuttle driver told several folks they were going to the Renaissance Hotel, but they were all dropped off at the Renaissance "Gateway" hotel, not the "Concourse" hotel. The "Gateway" staff told us to ride the shuttle back to the airport and wait for a new shuttle to take us to the "Concourse." We took a Lyft and shared the fees instead because that was nuts. Don't fool with the shuttle in the first place; have a Lyft driver take you to the "Concourse" hotel from the airport; it's a 5-minute drive from the airport and well worth the fee instead of waiting in line for an hour and a half. :(

Hotel was fantastic, clean, comfortable, food was good and the staff were really friendly.

Getting to the hotel from the international airport was a bit of a struggle, this was using the hotel shuttle service.

I rebooked my flight for the next day, due to multiple delays. So, I liked the shuttle service to the airport in the morning. The restaurant was open late, which was much needed (Bar staff excellent).

There is a Renaissance Gateway at ATL. I went there first and had to Lyft over to the other one. Not far, but it was confusing to a tired traveler. Also check-in took a long time due to some kind of computer problem at the front desk. Annoying, but the staff was very calm and professional.

I booked a King Size Room with a Runway View and Balcony and requested a highest level room. Upon arrival I was 3 hours early and was offered a room on the 5th level immediately but could wait for an 8th level room to become available. After a couple of hours wait I was allocated an 8th floor room with two queen beds. Airport shuttle was swift. Food menu in the restaurant was limited but quality was good.
