The room door was heavy/ felt more secure. The bed were very comfortable.The room was spacious. Once we resolved our issues our stay was good.The breakfast was outstanding for complementary food. I was pleasantly surprised.

When we arrived to the room after leaving the front desk , walked in the room, open the closet to put our bags in and there was dirty linen. Then went to turn the television on and the dresser was sticky along with the remote. My husband asked one of the ladies cleaning the room for something that we could use to wipe the dresser/ remote.

My husband and I just finished a 4 day golf vacation at Hilton Head, Sea Pines.SC We booked for just the one night as our flight was leaving at 6:45am. We had to return the rental car at the airport but needed a ride back to Premier Great Western. Great Western's transport van wasn't available so they reimbursed my husband's taxi ride back to the hotel. We had dinner at the hotel, we both ordered the fish tacos. The food was made fresh and cooked fresh. It was good 7/10. The property, hotel and our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was dressed professionally and were friendly and professional. My only minor complaint was there was no shampoo only conditioner and body lotion.

No shampoo. I needed to wash my hair after a long hot round of golf. I didn't checkout the small bottles before getting into the shower, so by the time I was ready to shampoo, it was too late to call the front desk for the shampoo.

The staff were great! The room was clean and the location was quiet. No pets allowed which was a deciding factor for me, due to allergies. Also, the parking is free and the lot is well lit. This was another deciding factor for me. Most hotels in the area charged $45/night for parking. The hotel has a shuttle service as well.

The breakfast was okay if you can make it by 9:00am. If I could change one thing, it would be to keep it open until 10:00am. When I am traveling, I like to sleep in a little after being on the road. No real complaints though. For the price and convenience, I would definitely stay again.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely exceptional! We were greeted at the front desk by the sweetest black woman(wish I could remember her name! Maybe Nicole?) she was so helpful and made sure to take care of anything we needed. Then there was ms. Nancy in the kitchen who made the best wings and margaritas that I’ve ever had in my life, not to mention she was so sweet and my 2 year old loved talking to her. They have also hooked their pool up to be able to heat it like a hot tub which is amazing, however it was off when we went to use it but if they just kept it on at 70 all the time it would be perfect! Clean rooms and the breakfast was 10/10! They also had lemon water when you first walked I and overall it was just the most welcoming lovely place.

I booked this room for my boyfriend’s birthday, i had to deep clean the room before setting up. Although i should’ve brought a broom and a mop as well. Top Comforter was stained and nasty. Bathroom was half cleaned, there was hair up and down the shower walls, the tub was stained and dirty. I has to scrub it down and the sink to remove the dirt. There was blonde hair on the room floor, i noticed this from the balloons we had scattered around. Seems like they just spot clean the rooms.

The staff was amazing! Special thanks to Nicole, who was our guardian angel and provided services above expectation! Nancy, who worked late so we had a place to stay in the breakfast area when a room was not available due to the hurricane!! To Carmelita, who welcomed us with hugs and her beautiful smile each morning at breakfast. We stayed here 6 nights because the electricity was out in downtown Savannah where our B&B was located. It was a blessing to stay here with these beautiful ladies!

Not a complaint -- just an observation!! The communication was weak between the front desk and the shuttle drivers. This perhaps was also due to the stress from all of the issues that the hurricane brought to this area! All of the employees were working overtime to make the customers comfortable, so I hope that they are amply compensated by Best Western!!

Everything was super clean and beautiful for the price. I was truly surprised. Gracie and at front desk was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. Great hot breakfast buffet

We had a hiccup we were assigned an out service room and found the fridge out in the middle of the entrance and towels on the floor. But Gracie quickly switched us to a better room. Thanks Gracie beds were really hard and pillows are super small 2 are not enough for 1 person. I got food poisoning from the breakfast buffet. It destroyed my thanksgiving day.

Breakfast was very good, Mom was the best! I wished I did not have to leave so early! Sidewalks would improve stay as walking was good, but cars were a problem, they did not want to share the road with walkers.

Outside… sidewalks. Sunday night dinner would have been nice. We were told the cook and bartender were on vacation. Have replacements ready to go. Mom went out of her way to do everything possible to accommodate us. She is wonderful! Give her a bonus for trying, without complaining to handle three jobs.

We had a great experience over all. They were very accommodating with the shuttle ride from the airport and early check in. Facilities were nice enough-pool was clean, restaurant had good food, breakfast was fantastic, staff was friendly. The room was updated and clean (minus the arm chair that was very dirty/stained).

Location wasn’t the best. Without a car, there were no decent restaurants or stores within walking distance. Front desk staff wouldn’t accommodate a late checkout, despite our vehicle needing last minute repairs due to a flat tire. At 11am my 10-year old daughter and I had to check out of our room and sit in the lobby while my husband was in 95 degree heat doing car repairs. They wouldn’t let us keep our room for another 30 minutes so he could take a shower :(. Given the circumstances, I was disappointed because it really did taint our overall visit.

Staff was polite and a good cooked breakfast to start the day. Located in a decent area to other attractions.

Chip on tub(large), flooring in room coming unglued by the entrance of room and by the bed, large visible stains on cloth corner chair and micro wave with no glass to place a plate on. We to get ice from machine-wall paper coming unglued and the boarders. Took pictures and showed front desk clerk when signing out. Pictures below are in the Room!!!
