I didn’t like anything special about the hotel.

It wasn’t a good value considering there was no breakfast and you couldn’t access the pool. On the app it started that there was breakfast in the morning. What they served was not breakfast and they didn’t have anything but waffles and pre packaged sausage The pool was being renovated. If it stated that on the site when we booked the room, we would have booked somewhere else. I reserved the hotel because they stated they had breakfast and a pool.

I like the fact that it was conveniently located in the area that I needed to be in. It was a great rate for the one night that I was there. I like the fact that the room is big and it has a lot of space.

I don't like the fact that I only had one roll of tissue paper in the room. There wasn't any hot breakfast there. The only breakfast is a waffle maker and apples and to go pastries.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but showing some age. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Convienient location. Good price

Shower needed repair. Shelf to hold soap and shampoo had fallen off and shore control handle was broken.

The location was great. Close to restaurants and shopping.

The bath tub was very slippery, my mother fell getting in the shower. She didn't get hurt but it needs some grip on the tub floor.

The night desk clerk was very nice And informative. She explained where everything was in the hotel. It was extremely clean. I brought my own clorox wipes to clean and wipe everything down, as I was wiping the wipe was continuously clean..it never had dirt on it...the only think was dusty was the shelf under the sink other than that the tub toilet headboard tv dressers desk sinks counter top window sills etc...it was all clean..the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in..and that ment everything to me seeing that I had my family with me and it's covid-19 season..

The morning desk clerk was extremely rude..we asked about coffee and breakfast and she replied that it was ready downstairs..we came immediately down and there was absolutely no breakfast or coffee. The waffle mix smelled bad..we just went out and bought breakfast.
