Location was good for us. Breakfast options were very good. It was nice that every day the hot options varied. Waffle maker needed the spray to keep the waffles from sticking. The person working at the breakfast area was very nice and kept area clean and items stocked. We had a king suite. It was a large room. King size bed was extremely comfortable. My son said the pull out sofa bed was not very comfortable - it needs a new and thicker mattress. Shower water pressure was great. We were there during a very hot time, had to run air conditioner at lower temp than normal to keep room cool, but AC worked!

The room was an excellent size; plenty of area to move around in. The staff was EXCELLENT!! The original handicap-accessible room I had reserved did not have a walk-in shower. The facility did have one room like that, and the staff was very accommodating to switch rooms for us. We had a couple of housekeeping/maintenance requests, and those were handled very quickly. All the staff were just awesome! They were extremely: friendly, pleasant, and helpful! Breakfast was delicious too.

The humid weather in Savannah, GA.!! The TV had several channels that did not get a signal, or were very distorted. The sound was not that great on the TV unit. The audio seemed set to make the music louder and the voices fainter. We did not get a chance to let the staff know about these issues, however, and I'm certain had we done so, they would have addressed these issues also.

I had an amazing experience at Best Western Plus. The staff were very nice and friendly as well as the hotel. My room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good & I like how I was in traveling distance to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

I can not say that I didn’t anything because I liked everything. From the time I walked in the front door and until I walked out. This has been an awesome experience.

Overall a great stay , friendly staff, clean rooms, great location to the *theAir Force museum and parries Island Marine base. Breakfast was adiquit and the hotel was within walking distance of Crakerbarrel and other restaurants

the only lower mark iI gave was for the bathroom, which needed some maintenance, door won't stay open, shower fixtures were loose and not installed well.

I wanted to leave a review to praise the two ladies from the reception desk . Both ladies, the night clerk and the morning (Dee) were incredibly nice and accommodating to our family. I really wish I had caught the lady at check-ins name, both were fantastic! The hotel itself was nice enough but the customer service really made it exceptional!

The room was very large and comfortable, and the staff was excellent. There was a generous hot breakfast every day. I checked out a day early because I missed my animals. I did not expect a refund, but they offered it to me without me even asking. Super clean hotel and fabulous staff.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had with a hotel staff in quite some time. They should all be congratulated for the way they treat the customers.

Although I was given a first floor room, that I requested, the ceiling creaked terribly as the person above me started walking the floor constantly at 6am. So if you want to sleep late, stay away from room 126. Definitely not the fault of the staff or hotel.

The staff was so helpful and courteous. We ended up booking another night after checking out the 2nd day. I definitely planning on staying here again on our next trip!

It was either the fire alarm or air conditioning making a funny noise our last night. It didn't really interfere with our sleep, so I didn't mention it, but it was slightly annoying.

the check in lady the staff as a whole were wonderful. One lady helped us several times and was kind and responsive. I was worried about some children and she cared. She helped us with directions and was kind when I locked the key in my room. It was roomy and the cleaning staff did a fine job. Thank you so much!!!!

Very clean, nice staff, very close to the highway, decent breakfast options. Room was large and had a comfortable bed. Nice toiletries. Updated and clean bathroom. I felt safe.

The carpet seemed slightly damp. I also felt like the bedding was a bit damp. They may need some kind of dehumidifier in the rooms.
