I didn’t eat breakfast I slept in and relaxed The location was good one exit from restaurants Bed was comfortable, the room was clean The staff was friendly he assisted my husband with various things up the stairs. Parking was good nice sitting area by the window in the room.

I just wished it was an elevator because it is hard for me to go up the stairs but it wasn’t many steps so it was ok When I booked online it said no pets allowed but there was dogs a big dog that was there as well as a little dog that was one reason I chose it there because no pets was allowed just don’t feel comfortable where dogs possibly been laying in the bed or even messed on the floor that’s the major thing I didn’t like other than that and the steps I would come back.The pool didn’t look to clean so I didn’t get to enjoy the pool.

The room was priced fairly. The staff was very nice except for an older lady that worked Sunday night and Monday morning. She was rude and should not be in the hospitality business with that attitude.

I went to the breakfast area to get a cup on Sunday evening and the same lady was getting bananas out for Monday morning and she was coughing and practically gagging all over the area where the drink machine and other appliances for breakfast were on the counter. She was doing this while touching those things. Gross! I will bring my own cups if I stay here again.

Your basic nice clean inexpensive hotel for a short night stay close to the airport, after a late night flight. (we moved to an B&B in Savannah for a long weekend, as per our plan) thereafter. Free breakfast was OK. The staff was great, and I appreciate them finding and returning my airpods, which I had accidentally left behind in the room. Often in basic places like this, a good staff is the difference between an unremarkable and memorable stay.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, the complementary breakfast had enough to please everybody. It had easy access to the highway with only a 10 minute trip to the Savannah waterfront area. The room had all the amenities one would need, including a fridge.

The only real issue we had was there definitely some small maintenance items/upkeep items in our room that needed to be addressed. It was clean, but just some little things are starting to look a little neglected in the room, such as loose fixtures, burnt out, lightbulbs and such.

This was a great location for easily getting to Savannah. I would say these are the best hotel beds I’ve experienced in years. I always suffer with back pain for at least a couple hours after getting up when staying away from home. Not so here! That meant so much — I’m not sure what brand they are but these beds are fantastic. Staff was very pleasant and responded quickly to anything that was lacking - like towels. We will try this location again.

Breakfast was a little minimal but the waffles were great — real butter! The room layout was a bit odd — one side of one of the king size beds didn’t have access to a nightstand. A couch was there instead. Could be arranged a little better - but not really a complaint.

The hotel location is great. Fast and friendly staff. Front Desk lady was very inviting, helpful and relatable. She offered the amenities of the hotel. She knew her position and is great at it. Keep up the good work Pooler! The beds were amazing. Thank you for providing us with clean sheets and towels. The bathrooms were amazingly clean. Great house keeping staff and service. The tissue paper could be of better quality. If the tissue paper was better ply- quality, maybe the waste would be less. There is a better quality of paper that keeps the hands dry without using a heap. I absolutely love the soap and shampoo conditioner! That soap cleans the best.

The staff were super nice, friendly & very accommodating!!!! Location was good as well. I will be staying again!

The hot breakfast fell short!!!! Very limited choices. There were only waffles, muffins, yogurt. No eggs, potatoes,bacon, sausage, fruit. Had to spend extra eating breakfast out.

Great experience for a reasonable price.

A lot of reviewers complain about the breakfast. Breakfast was more than good. It is not hot/continental breakfast. But fresh fruit, cereals, juice, waffles, toast, yoghurt, coffee, muffins etc... A perfect start to the day.

I like the location, right off expressway. Plenty of food options and stores. the breakfast was good I had waffles and 2 cups of coffee. The pool was amazing we had it to ourself it does sit in the sun but once you in the water it's not hot. I absolutely loved the water pressure in the shower and it remained hot. The beds was comfy. And the staff was very accommodating.

The towels were a little thin and small for my body size lol.

It was located close enough to activities and far away enough to have a quiet night.

The pool was closed at the time of my visit and a couple of light bulbs were out in the room. Other than that it was fine.
