The location was great. It was close to river street. Loved the balcony and river view I requested and got on 6th floor. Though they only did housekeeping every other day they saw us in the hall and gave us extra towels and washcloths.parking next door was convenient and reasonable in cost. Breakfast was good and ladies serving were friendly .

Water took a long time to get hot. Shower curtain needs to be longer so water doesn’t puddle on the floor. Ice makers and drink machines are not serviced. It took 6 floors for me to get a bucket of ice and 2 sodas. Front desk and other workers we passed were not friendly.

We requested a late check out upon arrival and the lady said we could do 12 or 1230 but the day of check out they said 1130 but from 10:30 until 11:15 3 different people knocked on the door while we were getting ready.. "housekeeping" my husband wasn't feeling well and that was a bummer.. also I requested clean towels on Saturday no one ever brought towels and I had to find a housekeeper in the hallway but she was very nice.. I wish the pool area was open later its beautiful and we didn't have time to see it at night this time. We will go back.

Clean, great staff and awesome location. Breakfast was phenomenal. And the breakfast staff, I would give a raise. Love the guy at concerige. He was real helpful.

Maybe the price was a little high.

We liked the riverfront location, rooftop sectional couch and pool and really just being close to everything. We used the parking garage next door that allows for overnight parking for half the cost of valet at hotel. Mostly though we liked that it was pet-free. A rarity it seems these days.

Breakfast and coffee were atrocious. A bit different each day but overall a lack of healthy options. For this price point I shouldn’t have to go elsewhere for a decent cup of coffee. Also it would be nice to have a foldable luggage rack in the room, which is normally standard. I did improvise and used the ironing board. Also, if you’re on the 8th floor you can hear the rooftop A/C unit at night.

location was excellent. We could walk to everything that we wanted to see from riverfront to restaurants and historic sites. Rooftop pool and hot tub was nice, great view. Unfortunately there were some kids in the hot tub the whole time and started fighting and the parents couldn't control them. Another unfortunately common occurrence these days.

Price was a little high and the value parking was a bit of a hassle that I typically like to avoid. Savannah has such limited parking it's pretty unavoidable though. There was an issue where some idiot set off the fire alarm at 11pm and we all had to evacuate. I smelt marijuana smoke in the staircase, not sure if that's what started it but I got the feeling someone was smoking in a room or hallway.

Pool on the roof with a view. Front desk staff were very nice. Staff working breakfast hours were very nice and accommodating. Location was great. Onsite consigliere is a great thing to have even though we did not utilize.

Breakfast was hit or miss with available items. View from our room was a brick wall, Bar was only open during happy hour. Minimal onsite vending. Parking was not included. Spent almost $200 in parking for our weeks stay. Our floors ice machine did not work so had to go to the floor below ours to get ice. Floor 6 elevator lobby smelled terrible the entire stay.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and well-maintained. Our room was on the back and was very quiet at all times. Location is excellent - close to plenty of restaurants and the river walk. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent. The hotel bar was nice - good strong drinks.

Only very minor complaints. The towels are scratchy, probably overdried. The glass shower door is cool, but the water on it drains directly onto the floor when it is opened. The toilet paper holder was mounted in an awkward place under the vanity. Parking costs $$, like everywhere else in Savannah.

The location is perfect, you can walk and reach all the touristic places.

I understand for example they don't change sheets every day and that is good but the problem was that I felt they didn't vacuum the floors, when I got back to the room the bathroom floor had my hair. Also, they left some cleaning products in the room. The breakfast is good as well but the pancake machine was broken for a couple of days and they finally fixed it the last day of our stay. The funniest part is that they still put the pancake machine and just said it was broken. Instead of putting out they should have been working on fixing it or it will be good to have a replacement for these kind of contingencies.

Nice hotel. Clean room ( the first hotel room that didn’t trigger my allergy to dust). Comfortable bed. Nice staff. Located in a central area. River view!

You can hear the noises from the street even on the 6th floor. It didn’t bother me, but might bother others. Breakfast could have had more produce: there are no vegetables at all, and the only fruit served are apples (individually wrapped, which is a nice touch). The last morning of my stay, they added bananas. Room was supposed to be serviced on a daily base, but wasn’t.
