Hotel Casino is amazing. Some bad things were we had some of the banks of machines lose power while we were playing. Whole banks of machines, several of them. They do have a huge variety of games. Chinook and Red Tail restaurants were amazing and priced right for a resort hotel. Half of the staff were amazing, the other half just seemed indifferent, almost as if you were bothering them. Do not wait for a server, bar service is way faster. Still, it was a great time and I would recommend going here. Didn't try the golf course but I hear its really good.

Bar tenders, especially the guys working the earily shift. They all seemed bothered that people were there to drink and gamble.

Cleanliness. In my room there was a slice of picked over pizza stuck between the lounge chair and wall. A couple pizza crust chunks, size of a match book, under chair and table. The silverware at the Red Hawk was heavily water stained and gross. Grabbed another set and it was the same. So I wet my napkin with drinking water and wiped it down. Also the steak house was closed during my visit and in general the wait staff was under informed as to house events and restaurant information...

I love this hotel/casino the best of the many I have been to. I love the "Warrior of Hope' fountain at the entrance. I have sat there several times to read/eat/enjoy. I enjoy all the choices of dinning. Love the courtyard and the meadow. Microwave in the lobby has been useful. Have appreciated the complimentary rooms in the past. The free food vouchers and extra play.

They took the "Warrior of Hope' sign down. There is no cell phone service in the room. Sometimes the room isn't cleaned very well. Very sad that people have been inappropriate and the Teepee was taken down. We enjoyed sitting there and watching the films.

I liked that I could check in early, the pool was nice, food options are good.

When I inquired about an early check in, initially it came out like it wasn't an ideal option. Not that I couldn't but that it was inconvenient and that I would have to pay a $25 fee. I didn't mind paying as we were traveling up from Lewiston and going to Athol for the day and coming back late with the kids it's just easier to already have a room key in hand with tired kids. But I felt like a nuisance for asking. Also when I called the casino for a room I was told it was full, when I went to the website I also couldn't book because it was full but I booked and got a room through booking.com and it was cheaper than what I would have paid booking directly.

The beds are super comfy and they give a variety of pillow density(?) options. There are three pillows on each bed, soft to firm. So there's something for everyone's taste. Everything was clean and well organized, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

I think the rooms are very well sound-proofed on the sides, but if you're on a lower floor, you will hear stomping above all night. There was a lot of stomping the night we stayed. Not sure if it was just one person or what, but it was throughout the night. I think one thing that could help would be a continuous fan option on the heating/cooling unit. When the heater kicked on, it gave enough white noise that everything was drowned out. But once it shut off, stomping, stomping, stomping. That's the only thing we didn't like. And to be fair we never called the front desk. It's a casino, people are there to have fun.

The buffet breakfast at the red tail grill was outstanding! The omelets were out of this world and the breakfast choices were amazing. The pool and hot tub were great. The only friendly staff we ran into were at the red tail grill- They were amazing. Accommodations were great, price of was great.

Most staff were not friendly. The check in staff were not friendly at all. Machines were awful, we didn't see any payouts to speak of the entire time we were there.

Beautiful hotel in top shape. Lots of care in the design of rooms and the lovely Native-themed furnishings. Bed was comfortable but rather high. They sent up a step stool upon my request. Air con worked well and was quiet. Parking was convenient. I appreciated the refrigerator.

It’s a huge walk to get to the casino and restaurants. Had to go through very smoky areas of the casino, so my cough kicked in right away. I am on a walker and have heart failure, so going for food was not a good experience for me. There’s no microwave available.

I liked the separate smoking & non smoking casino areas. I Enjoyed the room as well, just wish I would of been able to get a king suite instead of a double Queen. But all in all, I like the entire place! Definitely will be coming back here soon.

I didn’t like the fact of feeling like I wasted so much money in the casino with nothin in return. I lost more then winning. I also got a new players club card since I lost my previous one, & I had play cash on my card since I went there for the King of the cage fights. Well I put my card In a machine to play & there wasn’t any instructions on how to use it even though it told me how much was available, so I went to try a different machine & then my entire Play cash Balance was completely gone. & the only other thing was I wish there were discounts for staying for acouple days at a time.

The breakfast was awesome with top notch staff - all of the staff you have are the best I have encountered whether traveling for pleasure or work - ExcellentYou have an excellent establishment all the way around -- you should be very proud!!

Only thing (if there was anything needed) to have the directions posted after turning off the interstate - some of us old fogies don't have the type in directions - or if there is a shorter way to get to the casino from Montana's direction.

the over all lay out of the casino was comfortable as the hotel the same ,everything was in a comfortable distance .never had to leave the facility from your room to deli like cafeteria and from one end of the casino slots all the way to the other side of the facility .nice lay out .I will definatly recemend and sleep over again and gamble from one end to the other .perfect for wheelchairs.
