Stayed here for 10 days, For me it's centrally located (20 minutes from both Spokane and Coeur D' lane). Room was nice sized and clean, staff was extremely friendly, breakfast was the basic free breakfast, but it was well cooked, perhaps the best I've had in terms of free breakfast for a hotel of this type. There are businesses next door and a Tesla dealership across the street, but wasn't an issue. A couple of local restaurants are a easy walk away. Liberty Lake is a beautiful city fairly close by to local outdoor attractions (hiking, golf, etc.) Overall I felt it well worth the price.

If you're going to make me pick something. The onsite laundry. Had to use it once, one washer and one dryer and they're both older machines, some parts are taped together on the dryer, but both machines worked fine. Clothes came out wetter than I expected on the washer, might have to run it through the dryer twice.

The hotel was clean and appealing. The breakfast was good as were the offerings. The amenities were helpful. We really liked the 2 sinks, and I appreciated the make-up wash cloth. It was a great value for the money.

There were several mold spots on the shower curtain. There was no shower cap, so I just used a towel. Out of the six lights above the mirror there were 3 different light bulbs. The 1 LED light bulb worked the best to see well. Installing a Wall Mounted Swivel Extendable Makeup Mirror would be very helpful. The lighting would still be a bit of an issue but much better than what it is currently.

Breakfast was nice Staff were amazing Nathan, Noah and Nick were just the friendless staff ever, so helpful and the happy hour- Fab, just Fab it saves you money and you can have a good laugh with the staff!! Room was sooo big, bed super comfy and just amazing

When i first entered the room, so dirty, floor not hoovered, bath dirty but thanfully the housekeeping manager the next day made sure to redo the room and it was much better. Shout out to the manager

Just across the street from a great sports bar. It allowed us to park our bikes and walk to dinner. The hotel and room were clean. Staff was friendly, and it turns out the staff member at the front desk used to live in my neighborhood (small world).

The coffee pot was missing a piece, but after observing the same thing at a different hotel, it may have been operator error. There was coffee available down stairs.

It was a nice room and good location, right off the interstate and beside a lovely walking trail by the river. It had good food for a continental breakfast. The pool and fitness room were open 24 hrs

They did not have adult only hours at the pool, and being a popular hotel for traveling teams and families, the pool was so crowded with kids playing and parents on the side you could not get a spot. You also could not get into the hot tub until late.

The room was so nice, comfy beds, clean and very spacious! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They made sure the parking lot was plowed and sanded. Oh, and breakfast was great, waffles, eggs, sausage...

The pool and fitness center was closed for maintenance. One of the entry doors didn't close properly, most times I found it unlocked. I forgot to tell the staff.

Family room,two adults in the king two grandsons in the other room,NICE!

Every time we stay seems like the towel rack is just about to fall off so the next person to touch it falls off,two times in a row,last time on the first floor this time same thing in room 202.time for a new maintenance guy? Must be owners son 🤣

The location, friendly staff, rec room, complimentary breakfast, comfortable bed, fresh cookies in the lobby. Would stay here again!

The pool was closed for renovations, (but it wasn't disclosed online when booking and still had to pay the same rate which i feel was slightly overpriced) the pool was one of the main reasons why we booked here.

I have been staying at this property for a few years for business. This trip there was a paradigm shift. The staff was engaging and understood hospitality. Nick at the front desk was friendly and efficient. He knew his stuff. Nick the happy hour bartender was equally friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work BW Liberty Lake! See ya soon

One room we had the king bed was like 4ft high ,my wife is handicapped ,but front desk put us up on first floor normally for animal people, it all worked out
