Kind concierge. Nice common areas

Normally it’s pretty clean but there were lots of oat and bagel seasoning seeds on the fold out couch and in the bed. The extra bed cover that’s usually in the closet was missing from the clear container bag. Concierge kindly provided an extra, that i had to go down stairs to retrieve. The bed side table closest to the window was not operational-resulting in no available bedside lighting or outlet use. It was unplugged upon arrival and I plugged it into the nearest socket and it didn’t work at all. The pool also was not available our entire stay.

Employees here were the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! They were all s.iles, accommodating and extremely helpful. The room was clean and professional looking.

My tv didn't work and I wish it swiveled, because had it worked, I'd like to watch it in bed!

The breakfast was great, and the service outstanding. Our grandkids (2) ate for free, can't beat that. We also had dinner in the same on site restaurant and it also was delicious, even a full bar! The room was huge and we had alot of space for 4 of us.

the pool water was a little cool for my husband and I. the kids did get it but they also thought it was cool temp. Did see a few bandaids around the pool, kinda gross. The room was quiet, but the hall sure wasn't late at night. We also did not have a microwave (kids brought popcorn) and we didn't have a hair dryer.

Fantastic bedding set - matress was super comfortable and sheets were heavenly smooth and soft! Everything in hotel and the room smelled really good, Dove set in the bathroom was an added bonus!

We liked the bed, pillows, linens, and the lobby floor and furniture was very clean.

I didn’t like the parking across the street. There were gnats in the restaurant and the breakfast was not very good or fresh. The bathroom in our room had hair in the shower and crumbs in the pull out couch. the pull out couch had no linens on it. For $450 per night, those things should have been better.

We were there for 6 days. When we asked for housekeeping, they did everything except change the sheets and make the bed.

Location a bit far from the center of campus and not in a particularly beautiful place along the main road. I usually prefer buffet breakfast. The breakfast a la carte makes it difficult to have a quick breakfast when necessary.

We always stay at the Holiday Inn. This IHG is one of our favorites. Mostly because it has a restaurant. After 7 hours of driving it’s great to know we don’t have to look for a place to eat!

Close to Memorial Stadium and Assembly Hall, making it ideal for home football and basketball games. Room was large and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Bed was very comfortable. Room was nice and clean, good sized. Good location.

Hotel was fully booked, had to park in the overflow lot, took a while to find it. Noise from the hallway can be easily heard in the room.
