Second time staying at Arlo Chicago, it just seems to meet the mark every time. The king room with the ceiling to floor windows offer a stunning view of the city and the rooms are fantastic. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately, they didn’t reach back out to me to fix a booking mistake even after contacting Booking.com support. When trying to call the hotel they say to reach out to the third party booking company for support so it leaves me stuck in limbo. Booking.com tells me they can’t get ahold of anyone at Arlo and Arlo doesn’t answer my questions about the situation when contacted several times.

The room was spotless (bare foot proof on a daily basis). They replied to every request we did, from the iron to shower caps. Sound proofing taken to another level, I never in 4 nights heard a single sound from another room. The TV had chromecast to stream from my own phone and they even provided a steamer as part of the room equipment! These people know what service is and they have taken it to another level. I had breskfast one day (great) and went to the gym twice. I enjoyed everything!
I am picky as hell. I cant say there was something I did not like.

If you’re looking for a well-located hotel with comfortable bed and easy access to Chicago’s top attractions, great dining options, and convenient parking, Arlo Chicago is a fantastic choice. This is the 2nd time we stayed at Arlo Chicago in the past 2-1/2 months. We loved the location where we can walk to everywhere around the loop (Millennium Park, The Art Institute of Chicago, Grant Park, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Riverwalk), and north to River North, Streeterville and the Magnificent Mile. Parking is plentiful with Grant Park North Parking Garage just 1/2 block away. Elephant and Castle (British pubs) is around the corner, Stan’s Donuts, Nando’s PERi-PERi are right across the street and lots of restaurants and coffee shops on either side of the hotel on Michigan Avenue.
None.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable, and great views of the park from the Millennium King. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the lady on the front desk who would run to press the buttons in the elevator for me each morning while carrying coffees to the room 😁
The millennium king was quite a small room but as we didn’t spend too much time there, it wasn’t much of a problem. Just lacking drawer/cupboard space to place clothes. The duvet covers were also a bit strange, with the duvet inside poking out. Saying all of this, I was stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Arlo's! The staff was super friendly and inviting - loved the small interactions we would have throughout our stay. They not only accommodated some of my small requests and gave some great recommendations, but also offered something for the birthday we were celebrating (which was very thoughtful!) Our room was very comfortable, we always had fresh and clean towels, and the warm lighting made it super cozy. The location is perfect if you are hoping to stay in downtown area. It's walking distance from multiple subway lines, right in front of many buses, a few blocks from the river and Millennium Park - honestly, it's the perfect spot for a tourist. Lots of food options around the hotel, and so many museums that are easy to get to directly. They had a spotless fitness center and it was really cool that you could borrow a yoga mat for your room! We were really impressed with this hotel and it's accessibility to everything we wanted to do in our week trip to Chicago - I def recommend it!
This really doesn't have much to do with the hotel itself, but the restuarant was not so good. Staff was great, I'm sure the bar fine, but the food itself is a very hard pass. Another thing I felt was odd was that some days our coffee and water would be refilled and other days they weren't. We had to flag down a staff member for a few cans of water...not sure if it wasn't supposed to be refilled, but I feel like since we pay a resort fee, we should be recieving a refill for those.

The staff its very kind, the cleanliness was perfect and the location of the hotel is also really good if you want to tourist.
When booking the hotel through Booking.com, certain conditions were included, such as a $15 cashback on restaurant or beverage consumption. However, the hotel did not honor these conditions, despite my mentioning it and even sending emails. Their response was simply that the policy had changed, without further explanation. I did not receive the benefit, and I was charged more than expected.

Great location, very modern hotel with large rooms, it’s is good to have the extra space. Beds are very comfortable. Being able to cast your phone to TV is also an added bonus! Water in room was also very helpful. Could do with a few more hangers in the wardrobe.
The carpets could use a bit more of a clean. Shower cubicles could do with a bit of a deep clean. Beds are comfortable but the pillows are rather flat. My suitcase was returned to me with a deep scratch on it, the last day when collecting it prior to leaving. These scratches were not there when we left it for safe storage. Rooms got very hot over bight with no air conditioning unit to use.

This hotel is a 5 minute walk to the Blue line and less than a 10 minute walk to all other lines. Our room had an amazing view where I saw the sunrise on the river, and we were even able to walk to the river to see it green for St. Patricks Day. The bed was comfortable, and they even texted me to let me know I could text them back if I had any issues. We did have one issue, but it was resolved in less than 10 minutes. Around the corner is a Giordanos (amazing pizza, by the way), and across the street is the Nutella Cafe. We will be sure to stay here next time we're in Chicago.

The hotel premises and room were quite modern and comfortable.
They charged me for a meal that we paid at the restaurant. The charge was taken from my debit card and even though I wrote to the hotel 5 emails, they 've never replied them and they never send me the money back to my account. I know a friend who has the same problem ( he was charged for 200 dollars he never spent). Another warning is that there are slippers and bathrobe (also an unmbrella) but if you use them, they charge for them. Be careful.

The hotel was in a great location and the room was very comfortable.
Some of the staff were not particularly friendly. The tax payable was supposed to allow for 15usd credit for food and beverages. Unfortunately, when the bill arrived, this amount had not been credited to our bill. No reply to numerous emails sent for clarification.
