Lady at the front desk that wears glasses were rude while asking question, she acted like she was irritated and didn’t want to be there .

The hotel was pretty good, offering a very nice and abundant breakfast buffet. The room was quite spacious, featuring a nice kitchen area with a dishwasher and plenty of dishes, as well as a large bathroom with a high-pressure shower. All the staff were helpful and respectful, but especially in the breakfast area, there was a person named Annette who was super friendly and attentive to our needs every day at breakfast time. The room was tidied up every day, and the views from it were amazing.

Nothing special, except maybe the price, which is pretty expensive considering it's a bit far away from The Loop.

The breakfast is one of the main reasons we chose to stay at this hotel, and we had a great attendant named Annette, who was very welcoming and friendly. The housekeeper was great (we did not meet her/him), but you can tell they took their time. We used the gym daily and had no problems. Everywhere you went in the hotel, the staff and housekeeping were very friendly.

The mattress on the sofa bed was old and not comfortable (even to my 10-year-old). I would recommend updating it. You can tell it was old. Also, there was no dish soap. The room had everything you need to cook, but no soap to wash dishes by hand. I see the dishwasher is there, but if it's only one cup, handwashing is easier. When checking in, we were told that happy hour was Monday to Thursday, and then, sadly, we found out that it was only on Wednesdays.

I loved everything about this hotel, including the location! Breakfast was included in the stay, and I was able to check in early for a small fee which was great after a long day of travel. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable. It was also nice to have a full kitchen setup including refrigerator and microwave. I also happened to leave a blanket with great sentimental value in the room. The front desk staff were able to grab the blanket and hold it for me to pick up at the front desk when I returned from my trip. That was so thoughtful and made my long travel itinerary easier. I will be staying here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in a great are, great amenities, and reasonably priced.

Breakfast choices were good but a bit limited

We stayed in a room on the 18th floor, and it cost us $650 for two nights (since it was off-season). Overall, we liked everything about the hotel, but there were no disposable toothbrushes or bathrobes. There was also no drinking water in the room, the fridge was empty, and there was no minibar. We had to either go to the gym for water or to the self-service store on the 4th floor near the reception desk. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options. We also liked the gym. To make it perfect, the furniture in the hotel rooms needs to be updated. The staff was great and helped us a lot.

The room was comfortable, we enjoyed the high floor and the view of Chicago's north/west side. The shower was good. The provided playpen worked well for our baby. We really liked having a suite with a kitchen (used the stove, fridge, freezer, sink, and microwave).

Nothing too bad. There were signs everywhere saying there are evening socials Monday - Thursday. But they told us they only do that on Wednesdays now. But not the Wednesday we were there because it was the same week as a holiday I guess? Other than that, the wi-fi took some time getting connected to, the bed wasn't that comfortable.

Excellent location, everything was neat and welcoming. Loved how warm the employees (Anette and Beto) were during breakfast which was tasty and decently varied (scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, bakery, yoghurt, oatmeal, juices, coffee and tea). I could receive packages from online purchases with no hassle even if away for the day. Kitchenette was super conveniente for homey fast meals. Public transportation is super close and accesible. Drip coffee available all day long. Free laundry self service was super useful during my week long stay.

The check-in process was seamless, I would like to note that the attendant at the front desk made sure that he did not say my room number out loud but instead, he pointed to the room number that was on the inside of my key holder. Which I greatly appreciated. The room was clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff were amicable and helpful. Also during my stay I was contacted via text by a representative from the hotel, she checked to make sure that our stay was going as planned, she answered any question I had and was very responsive. I didn't have any complaints about my stay and will be returning upon my next trip.

The breakfast could have been better, especially for the price.

Always love a homewood. Like having a mini apartment. Rooms were clean felt at home. View was nice. Location was good. Price was a little high to be honest but seemed to be a festival in town so competitive. Elevator layout and parking garage was stressful. Can’t fix architecture. At some points you are in a scary vestibule. Low light. No one around. You exit right in front of cars. It’s basically a maze to get to the lobby.

Some staff in the lobby were professional. Some less than. Rolling eyes. Behind the scenes talk in the open.
