Really nice room with sofa bed in living room, great kitchen facilities, and nice bedroom
Difficult to access and unload on busy street but not unusual for an urban setting. Would be wonderful if more effort to help on ground floor, person at desk first scolding us for temporary unloading and then merely watching as we dragged suitcases from my daughter's car as she dropped us off (registration on 6th floor). Would also be nice to have reasonable parking arranged--had to rent an overnight space for $31 to avoid $64-72 by hotel but this is modern disease (NATIONALIZE ALL PARKING AND CHARGE REASONABLE RATES!)

Great location! Close to CTA/subway/train station, close to most places to visit in the city Great price for a very spacious suite Kitchenette with microwave/oven was great to heat up leftover food(s) Breakfast was nice but could have been better with different variety each day. Breakfast staff was very nice and accommodating
Furniture a little outdated but not too bad Since relatively close to hospital(s) and being in downtown area, sleep may be interrupted by ambulance sirens at night (even on 16th floor)

Breakfast was included and was fairly substantial so it saved us a lot of money. We had a suite room so the bedroom was a separate room. We enjoyed the kitchen as some nights we were really tired after walking a lot during the day and we wanted to take it easy and eat in. On Wednesday night they had a free wine and cheese party for about an hour or two. There was salad and soup there too and so you could have a light refreshment before going out for dinner. It was a great way to meet other guests and share your experiences. We were there during the hot humid weather last week and used the indoor pool three times. It was a refreshing way to get cooled off and it was fairly quiet. We used the train system which was very convenient and only steps away. It was very reasonable to stay there too and we did a lot of comparative shopping before booking and we got reward points.
No complaints. The handle for the toilet was loose and we told the front desk and they notified maintenance and it was fixed quickly.

I loved that the property was convenient to so many shopping stores and restaurants. There was an indoor pool and gym. They also provided free breakfast. Valet was $72 a night with in and out service, but we chose a recommended lot for $70 for our entire stay with in and out privileges.
We received a notification of there only being one working elevator. This was an inconvenience with us being on the 10th floor. It was easy coming down for breakfast but not at checkout with our luggage. The only working elevator was not working on our day of departure. They were very quick to get it fixed and very apologetic.

Our first time staying in downtown Chicago and the location was an easy and interesting walk to many points of interest. Unlike some reviewers we found the breakfast was great and replenished quickly even at the busy times. We felt the staff worked hard and were very attentive to the needs of guests. We'd especially like to acknowledge Lacey the breakfast lady who was so pleasant and helpful to us over our 3 days there. We used the valet parking which was excellent service- I can't imagine the stress of finding parking downtown and the valets were great. Again we'd like to commend Vinny the valet who greeted us so pleasantly daily, remembered us and always had a happy comment to get us on our way! The pleasant professional staff made for a very positive hotel experience. Not that we were there to watch tv but we needed a better guide
The TV was hard to figure out (not that we were there to watch tv but...) We would have liked more information on the local area. All we got was a small map of downtown with very little info.

The staff was very friendly. Welcomed you at breakfast. The front desk checked in to see how my stay was and fixed any issues right away. The location was really good. Walking distance to Navy Pier , RedLine, Michigan Ave, Riverwalk. Loved the view from my room.I had the corner King with a view.
We needed to buy a sponge and dishwasher soap to wash the dishes. Luckily, there were 2 trash can. We used one for recycling and the other for trash. Need a recycling bin. The bathroom needs an exhaust fan. to remove humidity and smells. I could see mold on the ceiling. The elevators were slow. Only one working at a time.

The location and the views are excellent. The pool at the top floor has amazing views. Staff is very competent - I asked for some minor maintenance issues to be fixed via the messaging app and they were not solved but when I called the front desk everything was sorted out within 20 minutes. Special thanks to everyone on the team from front desk to cleaning to maintenance working on Monday Aug 5th. Really great cleaning staff throughout our stay. When the elevators were too busy some of the maintenance crew would take guest to the staff elevators to avoid long waiting times. This was our second time staying here and we've been staying in so many other hotels in Chicago throughout the years but this is definitely our favorite now.
Breakfast is a bit repetitive but there are plenty of options to chose from and they have breakfast tacos.

The breakfast had a good range although very limited for Gluten Free. However the staff were very happy to supply GF bread, bagel and muffin when asked. The staff were awesome. Every morning they had a smile on their face and a spring in their step, cant rate them high enough. Location was perfect. Easy walking distance to most things and train 1 block down. Room was a great size with a kitchen, although very minimal utensils. Was a little tired but clean and quiet.
Room was a little tired but was clean. Kitchen facilities were minimal but had good size fridge/freezer.

Location, view and the facilities in the room. It was an apartment hotelroom with all facilities and two rooms with a king bed and a pullout soffabed. Near the River walk, and Millenium Park.
There was a guest who had unknown issue with a staff or someone else and shouted and banged on the door in the hallway. Was scary and not at all pleasant. There was a bad smell on one side of the bed and when complained on it the receptionist promised a reduction on the rent, but did not do it in reality. Not good impression.

Great staff and location! Loved being able to easily message the front desk instead of having to call or go directly to the front desk. Only utilized the free breakfast for one morning but it was a decent breakfast. Not too much variety unless they changed it up on the other days we didn’t get breakfast. Location was great as it was close to Grand station and within walking distance to notable attractions in downtown. The cafe right next door is amazing!! We went there almost everyday (the reason why we didn’t utilize the free breakfast as much). The room and hotel seemed very clean. I didn’t get to check out the pool or gym but glad they had them available. Other than the usual city noises, we didn’t have issues with noises from other rooms
One of the 2 elevators they have broke one day but they got it fixed by the time we got back at night. Even with both elevators, sometimes it might take a bit to go up or down during peak times. We requested housekeeping one morning and they said we were scheduled that day but never came. Had to reach out again the next day to finally get them to come. They did a great job cleaning though.
