Great location and close to city center. Staff is super friendly and helpful, they even helped me to get to the elevator after check-in / Not a standard in the USA!

No hotel parking. You need to use the public parking which is connected to the hotel. A multi-entry/exit card will cost you almost 50USD for a night. Parking prices are crazy expensive and I feel the hotel should offer special rates for the guests!

Location, art display.

The bathroom door was heavy and difficult to move. The room’s lighting system was inconvenient, as it wasn’t possible to turn on individual lights, making everything unnecessarily complicated. There was also a shortage of staff—when we arrived, there was only one valet handling several guests. We got there before the official check-in time, and the lobby bathroom had a “Closed for Cleaning” sign up for hours. However, one staff member stood out: a young woman at the registration desk with medium-length dark hair and Asian features. She was very polite and helpful.

Hotel, spotless, location great and quick walk to watch The Fever at Field House. The desk help, Allstir and Taylor, where very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Parking garage was easy to access via a covered bridge connected to hotel. Get the parking pass that allows you to come and n go while staying at hotel without repaying. The parking cost is separate from hotel fees. On event nights parking fees automatically increase. The artwork around the facility was interesting, thought provoking and unique. Room large, as was the bathroom which had a hot shower, lush towels, a hairdryer and magnifying make up freed mirror. Beds were comfy, nice linens and mattress. Enjoy the skyline and Indy vibes on the patio in the Restaurant next to check in desk. Not necessary to buy food or drink to fit on patio. Enjoy!

We ate breakfast once and dinner once. Both meals were very good. Friday wine tasting was a nice touch. I enjoyed my conversation with the host. Oregon wine wasn't so good but nice to taste and discuss. Other options were more enjoyable. Guest services were very kind and accommodating. Love the art installation.

Our view from our room was a parking structure but not sure what would have seen on the other side of hotel. i didn't like I had to remove the prior guests food from the refrigerator. We didn't have bath towels just hand towels but easily received the bath towels. Unfortunately the same room was half the price the day after the convention we came for. I moved us back to the cozy B and B that was less than 1/2 the price when we first came to town 2 days before coming to the alexander. We stayed at the alexander to be more convenient to the convention center for Friday and Saturday Would have stayed the whole week if the pricing was consistent. We came as a group to attend the FFA convention. Very pricey for a large group.

We were greeted by very friendly valet during rush hour and before a basketball game a couple blocks away. The front desk staff was also very friendly. The rooms were HUGE! Lots of space to spread out and very comfortable beds. Great location for Gainbridge Arena, and some wonderful restaurant options very close by.

Honestly, I can't think of anything I didn't like about this hotel. It was perfect for our needs.

Great location. Downtown and within distance to so much, including 4 blocks from Lucas Oil Stadium. Super great rooms! Love the size. The bed was SO comfy. Nice view of the city as well. Very nice staff. Love the art work all over the hotel, even in the parking garage.

Unfortunately, one elevator was out and the other was a bit temperamental. That meant sometimes we rode the elevator, other times we explored the stairwell. Good thing we were only one level above the lobby. But, this was not a bad thing to me and doesn't take away from what I enjoyed. Stuff happens.

The best part of this hotel is the lobby. It is sun filled and art filled. We spent time down in the lobby during the day just to read. The room was a very large size and nicely designed. The black out blinds were very good at making the room truly dark. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room looked out to a parkade and we didn't get any sun. So we spent extra time going down to the lobby instead for leisure time. Our room viewed directly over a roof area. The hotel could have a door going out to this rooftop and added a high railing or cage for safely, but then could have had decking and chairs out there. That would have turned a second rate room into an awesome room with a deck. We also thought it was strange that they only had one hook to hang a towel and the bathroom didn't have a fan. Bring your own kettle if you need one as the room only has a Keirig. The hotel restaurant was okay, but not open in the morning so you have to go somewhere to get breakfast.

The property was nice. It was small and it was essentially located. It was easy racing to get around the hotel.

The one thing I I was on the other end of the hotel and it was loud. I asked for a quiet room, but it was nice to be was sitting in a quiet room, but I’m guessing not.

The location, decor and layout of the hotel is amazing.

The bartender at the hotel’s bar was incredibly slow and absentminded - not closing our tickets promptly, having to read recipes and slowly make cocktails. We asked if he could change the channel to the AFC championship and be basically said wait till he finished everyone’s drinks. The other man working in the bar to support stocking, food delivery etc was amazingly helpful and quick.

This hotel is in a perfect area to walk to different restaurants and locations and it was beautiful inside and out. The staff was amazing and directed us to a fantastic restaurant. They were nice and accommodating and we will definitely visit again.

That we couldn't stay longer. We had no complaints.
