The location was just far enough back from the highway to be nice and quiet. The room was neat and clean and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and informative about local things to do and see.

Putting another guest in the room right above us at 1:00 AM. They were very noisy and woke us up/ The hotel was not that busy and a better option would have been to put in at least one room over from above us.

It was very nice, the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious!!!

The only problem we had was the pool. The water was very foggy there was beer cans laying around the pool, along with piles of dirt that was being dragged into the pool by the kids. Overall my kids refused to swim in the pool and that is something that never has happened!

Location was clean but I was showing its age. There is a maintenance issues that could they need to be addressed. But overall the room was clean and the hotel was awesome.

Someday outside windows had tape cover it up cracks in the windows. And also there was not enough carts or bellhop trolleys I always had to wait till the next morning to get one,

It’s close to Grace College and stores, restaurants and the lake. It was built in 2020 so it’s newer

For a hotel built not long ago… it’s showing it’s age in little things… stains on elevator floors, shower door glass not clean, bathroom floors not mopped … just a lack of good cleaning . We stayed here 1 year ago and the hotel was significantly cleaner a year ago

Location was great and the facility was clean and modern. The staff was excellent and breakfast was good.

Had to change rooms at first because the room was not clean. One day the water was off but was repaired quickly

Cleanliness of the hotel. The front desk lady was multi-tasking, so there was a little bit of a wait at check out when we were in a hurry to leave. Definitely not her fault, though. Just understaffed like so many places are these days.

Clean, Comfortable, Perfect. Little things like plenty of shampoo and conditioner and shower heads that actually function. USB ports all over too. Area outside in the afternoon shade of building to hang out and even grill if you had one. 3 yr old property but still like brand new.

Pool is a bit small and no hot tub.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Room size was great, bathroom was a good size. Everyone was very friendly. The location is wonderful and it was in a very safe place

Breakfast was good, but day 3 and 4 it was very low on items offered. Last day at 9am everything was gone except prepackaged items and a few left over items. It just wasn't restocked very quickly. We had Breakfast there several days and it was very good, when they had it

they were super helpful and so nice, it fulfill my expectations and my family really liked the hotel, the breakfast was very good too, considering it was free, they also had a lot of grab to go snack. and they had washer and dryer to do laundry which was perfect for us since we been on the road for about a week. the plus points were when I asked the lady in the front how much were the bottle waters, they gave me the complimentary water they have for in the breakfast area, so it was free and they gave me a bottle for each of my family members 🤗

My room was open and lights on when I arrived. The night front desk lady walked to my room and checked it out. She said the maid must have left it open. All was good .
