Liked the many choices for the breakfast. Loved the four separate round waffle maker. The chicken sausage sat well with me. Pork sausage always makes me sick. Thank you for offering that option. For people with food restrictions that will be a welcome choice! The room was big and bed was very comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was awesome. Shower head was powerful. Needed this!!!!On the TV in our room I saw a movie I had on my list of "want to sees". We had bikes with us and we were thankful for your bike rack you provided up front.

We need the pool to be hotter water to be comfortable during our swim. It was so cold!! We toughed through it but brrr. Glad for the shower area in pool room. Please provide more front desk staff to be available from 4pm to 12am during the check in hours. That poor staff member was doing his very best but that was ridiculous how long several of us guests had to wait to be helped. Once he got to us he was very courteous and did a first class job with all we needed help with. He needs a raise.

Breakfast and check-in staff was very friendly.

The stop light to exit onto the Main Street was challenging. It went through many cycles before it turned green and only stayed green for a brief second. It looks like this is a new intersection, so maybe has to get the light worked out to be more effective for those exiting the hotel onto a busy street.

From the moment I checked in everything went as planned. I gentleman that checked me in was especially nice. He offered me a bottle of water because I had just cycled 40 miles before checking in. I liked that the shower was a walkin and not the normal bathtub. The bed was about as comfortable as you could have gotten and the sheets were extra soft. A one night stay just wasn't long enough but I will know which Hampton to come back to when I'm in town.

The hotel didn't have a hot tub. After 40 miles on a bike, a hot tub would have been a welcome sight.

I just had a one night stay with my teenager to see a concert. The desk staff gentleman was very kind and welcoming, he wished us fun when we were heading out to the concert and when we returned he asked us how it was etc. The room appeared very clean and organized, no complaints. The beds were comfortable too. The complimentary breakfast was a nice spread of multiple options. I was also delighted they had flavored coffee creamer.

There were several small repairs that obviously need to be made in the room, like the rollers on the bathroom door being loose and severely worn. In general they all display a lack of interest in quality.

The location was close to our event, only 3 miles away. Parking was good. Staff where ok but had no good answer to my problem.

The smell of the room was like setting next to a sewage company. I had air freshener with me, tried to get rid of smell, did not work!! Could not sleep in bed, very uncomfortable. Only stayed one night, left the next morning at 8 o'clock. Lady at front counter, said the smell is something they have from time to time, and I would not get a refund as I had booked my stay with booking.com. she said I would just lose my money!! Hard lesson learned on my part!!!

Booking.com failed to keep the confirmation . Jack, at the hotel, attempted in many ways to get booking.com to send the confirmation code to him so that he could check us in. He honored the confirmation even though booking.com did not.

Great breakfast!! Very well spiced and all prepared delicious to taste.

Hair dryer only had one prong on the plug which rendered it useless. The bathroom sink drained slow.

Everything. Exceptional staff. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The shower was great with plenty of hot water.

Bed was hard, unsure if brand new.
