The staff at this hotel were fabulous! They went out of their way to provide any service requirements and as we were guests for 13 days, they were able to pre-empt any requests that we may have had eg. strawberry jam at breakfast. The room was comfortable with a lovely views across the surrounding areas. There is plenty of onsite free parking which was able to accommodate vehicles of all sizes.

A couple of the newer night staff members could benefit from some training as they were not always in line with the day staff knowledge. The only payment option for the washer and drier was quarters, which the hotel did not keep an ongoing supply.

Lovely facility, our King Suite was nicely decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed using the fitness room, which was clean and well-organized.

The location was obviously understaffed. We understand that is the reality of many businesses right now. In fairness to the hotel, they said there would not be stay over housekeeping the day we checked in. The staff responded promptly to our request for clean towels and picked up the trash we bagged. Very nice folks in a bad situation.

In town to do Christmas with the kids that live there and there was plenty of room in our king suite for us all to eat some snacks and used the pool. The staff was very friendly and the pool was a nice temperature and clean only complaint about pool was the bathroom floor in the pool area was very slick when wet and nowhere to hang dry clothes Breakfast was great enjoyed hot cocoa by the coffee station for guests. Nice quiet location but close to a gas station was nice, complimentary bottled water in room was a nice touch.

For a king bed it was nice however feel like 5 pillows would have been better than 4 and a rail in bathroom for hand towels would've been better.

Very nice motel. Had hot tub and nice pool. The breakfast here was very good the girl who makes it was very friendly and does great job to make her cooking tasty. Had a nice patio with fire pit.

Pressure in shower was sub par.

The property is relatively new and completely updated. The furnishings were nice. The beds were very comfortable. I was driving a 26 ft box truck and there was no issues with finding parking at this facility

Front desk person on 2nd shift (don't remember her name) was very friendly and helpful! Location was perfect. We were in Indianola for 3 operas. Oatmeal raisin cookies were great!

Price was a little high. Breakfast was ok. More fruit options would be nice.

The staff was so welcoming and kind. The room was very clean. The location was perfect, 15 mnts from the airport. Breakfast was fine for this hotel type. I will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was great! Location was conveniently close to our daughter who was staying at the Simpson College Dorms. Walmart, restaurants, & gas stations close by, too.

Rooms clean & comfy. Breakfast awesome everyday. All staff friendly. Love the patio with fire pit.

Fan in bathroom didn't work, lack of pool towels. Group of rowdy loud people in dining area after 10pm.

Easy to access , and clean

We were in a handicapped room , which is fine . However- we never learned how to keep water off the floor from the shower
