What did we like?? Everything... everyone... the room, the door, the parking and the staff were the best we've had all trips! Our arrival and check-in were outstanding. -- excellent communication before during and after, as well as the staff present going above and beyond to welcome us. The parking of the 27' moving van with a car trailer AND my truck, the welcoming of our Service Dog and cat, as well as the dinner and dessert down stairs left us wanting for NOTHING... The Banana Suite was VERY roomy and I'd like to know where they got their beds so we can put one in our guest room at home! We look forward to returning again just as soon as we have a few days off-- it's a perfect weekend getaway spot! There's Nothing at all to dislike about this property. It was beyond more than we'd hoped for after over 6 days of driving across the country and being 1 day from our destination

Close for my late night need. I liked the simplicity of the decor.

Toilet didn’t work. I had to open it & fix it in the middle of the night. Too many stairs

It was very quaint and clean. The food at the restaurant is excellent too! The spicy pasta dish and burger was very good. Check in was easy.

The location in town is perfect for many things.

The one room had a dog. The people left the dog for several hours unattended. The dog whined and carried on until the owners arrived. Even though it's specifically stated not to leave a dog alone in a room. Like some many other things that take place in America today. The owners played stupid, and nothing happened to them. The rest of the guests had to listen to the dog whine at night. When the people left a second time. After the staff had said something about the situation to the animal owners.

What an adorable space!!! If you are looking for a full-frills hotel this isn’t it but if you are looking for a clean place to put your head down and get quite a treat with the ice cream downstairs this is your place!! It was very clean, the instructions for getting into the security doors was spot on, and the discount on the ice cream was FABU!

Could use a bit of touching up in the Cookies and Cream bathroom.

WIFI was extremely fast. Staff was very helpful. Clean and remodeled rooms. Very happy with my stay.

I could have used a comfortable sitting/reading chair in room, but the room may be too small to fit. So, not a big issue.

We had a quiet, clean, and up to date! stay! I loved it and the Ice Creamery/Restaurant was excellent! The 10% off all food is great! Try the BBQ Bacon cheeseburger and get the bourbon ball ice cream for dessert!

TV was a tad limited.

The bed was so comfortable! The room was quaint. I loved that I didn’t need to check in and got all of the access directions to my email.

It’s hard to fix hair over a pedestal sink. If you added a mirror over the desk it would really help!
