Everything I experienced I have nothing but good thoughts leaving…I didn’t win any cash on the slots..but you can’t win em’ all.

Not a big negative but my check-in experience would be the only improvement area that I could list. The young lady that checked me in gave me the feeling it was a “job” to wait on me. She informed me the card I had in file was not accepted and made me feel impatient while I tried to figure out the reason…I knew money was not the issue. She did not smile when I asked to check in nor did she ever smile while I was in her presence.

This hotel is one of the cheapest, nicest, most welcoming hotels in Louisville! The place smelled so good, like new, and was centrally located. My room reminded me of a master bedroom in a new home. There is plenty of parking, and check in was a breeze. There is a hold of $100 for incidentals added to your stay. There are absolutely no children allowed.

One thing I didn't like a d don't like is that there was hair located on my towels. They were replaced only to find more hair in the bathroom. Smh. Gross. Other than that,it was lovely. The cleaning crew were really loud as they cleaned the other rooms. There were a lot of slamming and dropping of items. Also, loud talking, like yelling in the halls.

The lady at the front desk was courteous and very helpful. he made sure she answered any questions we had. I enjoyed the casino, wished we had won, but that is the luck. We loved Olivers Chop House. We were celebrating our 54th wedding anniversary and everyone was very nice and helpful. Devon was our waiter and he explained the menu. Very helpful. The food portions were above our expectations. Needless to say we did not leave hungry.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly. Everything looks brand new. We arrived before the check-in time and the staff worked to get a room ready for us.

I would like to have better parking and identification of where to check-in on the outside of the building, but it isn't horrible. It did take a bit for the hot water to kick on in the shower, but once it warms up it was perfect.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable room. The lighted mirrors in the bathroom and on the wall outside the bathroom are such an unexpected, wonderful touch. These rooms must have been designed by a woman. 😊 Makes getting ready so much easier. Food in cafe restaurant was very generous portions. We had the cheeseburger with mac and cheese, and chicken tenders with potato soup. It was delicious!

The only thing that could have made the experience more wonderful is if we would have won at the casino. 😁

The property is very clean , located in quiet area. The only one thing is when I took a shower there was no conditioner. There was 3 bottles in the shower shampoo, hand soap and body wash. Hand soap should be on the sink and hair conditioner should be placed by the shampoo and body wash inside the shower.

Gambling part of the place is so tight. Should not take taxes out unless you win more than a thousand.

very clean facility and the whole staff at any time was more than helpful and very friendly. I would have liked to have a breakfast menu with more traditional items. like, sausage, scramble eggs, pancakes etc. French toast was exellent tho. Complimentary soft drinks, water coffee etc. on the gaming floor is appreciated.

I wish I had better luck at the slots. I do wish you had gaming tables with dealers. some of the food, like the quesadillas and the breakfast bowl with the mexican sausage was too spicy for our liking.

My husband and I drove in from Connecticut to attend the Louder Than Life rock festival. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff was wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant, respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. Derek, the young man who helped us during check in, was exceptional and really knows how to make guests feel special. Our suite was beautiful. The view was spectacular and the food at the casino was top notch. We are already looking to book the same room for a longer stay next year.

I honestly have nothing negative to say about the experience.

Value for the money New facility, only a year old It was clean! Two restaurants on property. Non-smoking facility.

You have to request housekeeping daily. No iron in room. Parking was not thought out properly. There should be reserved parking for hotel guest. The public going to the casino fills the parking lot so quickly; therefore hotel guest have to park quite a way from the entrance.

I was attending a festival at the fair ground and the hotel provided a free shuttle to and from the event. This was unexpected and defiantly saved me a great deal of money, time and the hassle of getting a ride share to and from the event. I also enjoyed the food at Olivers Chop House on the two nights I was able to utilize it.
